Try installing titanium backup and open it up ,if you are rooted , a pop up will appear from the superuser with a choice to grant or deny root permission to the app

[Q] No apps on superuser list

Hi, I just root my phoneabout a couple minutes ago. I have the superuser icons ib my All Apps screen. However when I open the superuser, there's not any apps on there. Is this normal? Am I rooted?
Thanks for the quick reply!
There aren't any apps listed in there because you probably haven't given or denied root access for any programs yet. Install any app that needs root, run it, it should ask for root access. When you give or deny it, it will show up in the superuser list.

You will probably need to root your device again. If titanium backup cannot access root then your not rooted. Just to be safe, GO to goolge play and download a root checker. Run the root checker, it will verify root or not.
Otherwise, use HTCsupertool to root your device.
Superuser permissions
There aren't any apps listed in in super user. When I try to install any app that needs root, it super user not asking for root access.
Please help.

Did you try any other super app. Remove the one you have and try another.

[Completed] is supersu needed 4 rom install?

all these google play apps say : supersu permission needed, but the root features work 100% ok without supersu on my phone(its like my phone automaticly give them permission)
question is does superuser do anything and is it needed for safestrap install of rom(would it work without it?)
Superuser/SuperSU/etc only manages root access. If your device is already rooted and you don't have a root manager, then every app can get root.
The description for SU in the XDA-University dictionary explains it better than I could.

[Completed] [Q] Am I even rooted?

Hi. I have a Lenovo A7600-F tablet, and I've been trying to root it. I've heard that iRoot is the best way to root this device, so that's what I did. I went ahead and installed the APK, ran it, and clicked root. It said that it has rooted successfully, so I rebooted, and when I enter iRoot again it says I'm not rooted. However, the Superuser app is still there, and cannot be uninstalled. I click root a second time, and the Superuser app disappears. I reboot, and the Superuser app is back again and iRoot still says I'm not rooted. I installed some root apps and this is the output:
iRoot - Not rooted
Superuser - Not rooted
Root Checker Basic - Not rooted
Some other root checker - Rooted
Root Browser - Apparently rooted
Terminal Emulator - Running the command 'su' puts the number 255 before the typing space
Got Root? -
SU Exists: True
Version: 16 com.mgyun.shua.su
Root Obtained: False
I'm confused. Am I rooted? If I'm not, how do I remove the Superuser app?
By the way, when I look in my device's system files, I can see /system/app/irootsu.apk and /system/bin/su.
halp.

Hi there,
I'm sorry but I can't find anything related to your question/device except this thread: [Q] Is iRoot [previously vRoot] safe?
Please post that in the forum bellow for more answers from the experts but first register an account on XDA forums:

Question about super user and app permissions after uninstalling it

Hi
i have rooted my phone and installed super user and give permission ALLOW to a specific app, now i just unistalled the superuser app and didnt unroot the phone
is this keep the app that i allowed in first place with rooted permision or should always keep the super user installed so that apps have the root acces
thank you
I unrooted my samsung galxy note 2 using the super user app and then it wont restart, neither it would charge
Well first you need to understand that the superuser app is only used to manage superuser permissions that means prevents an app from getting su rights untilled you allow an app. This also means that superuser app donot have anything to do with root. So without the presence of superuser app, every app can get such rights until you unroot your phone. But if you unrooted your phone with the superuser app and then uninstalled the superuser app all apps will be denied such rights as your phone is not rooted.
Unrooting may leave you in a bootloop so first take a backup of your firmware just in case you brick your phone.
