Oh, wait i got it,,,
You were sending spams to unknown numbers and they reported it to whatsapp as now there is an option to report spam in whatsapp.
Now there is no way to get it unblocked

as long as the other party has the message as well there is no way to delete it from them only from your device... sorry.

they cannot legally read anything, they (unless they are criminal hackers) cannot read your whatsapps and regular texts are illegal for themk to read, so idk if they even can, but its for sure they will not

is 100% sure that carrier provider(example: vodafone, orange, tim) experts can read my whatsapp or viber messages( i know that sound strange)

The double check is not a read report. It's a message delivered to recipient report (the first check means message has been sent and the second means message has been received, not read)
I don't think whatsapp plus has that option, but install and try it for yourself.

if you send this code to any group then they have to delete that message any how.
other wise they can not open that group
when they try to open group conversation then whats app will be crash.

immediately person A msg me, why did you forwarded my photo ?
I am just curious, how did he found? i am unable to see any whats app settings ( usting latest whatsaap) for any such notifications. so I am thinking may be he is using YoWhatsApp or WhatsApp plus etc
does whatsApp or any of alternatives notifies as such?

They might be getting email notifications of your activity similar to getting notifications of Facebook friends activity to let you know what they have posted.

I dont use whatsapp and I don't know if that's what it was, I'm just saying that it might be how they knew.
Well whatsapp is mobile based so i guess they dont do emails much.
