charge phone to 100% before first start.. then everytime try to charge when battery is at 15%-25% to around 97% and thats it.. thats the best way to keep battery healthy (in my opinion)

[Q] Google Gear and battery life

I was wondering, does anyone use a Android Wear smartwach with the OPO and could share some experiences with the battery life? I just ordered a OPO and was wondering how much battery it drains. I currently have a Moto G (2014) paired with a LG G Watch R and it affects the battery life quite a lot (more than I expected to be honest).
Cheers!

[Completed] Battery Issues in Moto G 2ng generation

I bought a new Moto G 2nd gen last week, the average battery backup with use is around 15-18 hours with use and around 1.5-2days without use. First of all is this battery backup decent? ( I have used HTC Explorer earlier which gave me a 3 day battery backup) anyhow, when i play games like shadow fight, i can see significant battery drain. Is there some thing to worry about?
Thanks in advance.

Extended battery for MOTO G

Hi all, i'm looking for some answer,
after searching a lot i found nothing so i want to make extended custom battery using such spare battery like http://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...063887.html?spm=a2700.7724838.4.14.pfOHDO&s=p
or from any other set confirming size (LG G3??).
Question is, what type of batteries these are? are those safe for smartphone? have i made a wrong or risky decision ??
another Question is from this link : http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2x-1..._77_91_80,searchweb201644_5,searchweb201560_9
the seller claimed that the battery capacity is 2100to 2500mAh... Hows that? its true?
TIA
(sorry 4 my English)

This battery from alibaba seems somy ****ty piece of crap! I think it has not more then 2000 mAh, and sure doesn't better then stock battery (even doesn't better compare to old one stock battery inside Moto G. Buy powerbank, for US 5-15 $ you can has good powerbank from AliExpress

problem is I don't want to carry an extra device liike power bank. our stock battery was from 2013, technology developing day by day. so that um xpecting more power in same size of a battery. is my xpectation is too high??
Motorola Moto G 1st Gen battery model is ED30 with 2070 mAh power.
Motorola Google Nexus 6 battery model is EZ30 with 3025 mAh.
Connectors on both batteries look same.
So you can try using EZ30 battery in place of ED30 if connectors work and battery fits ok inside moto g 1st gen.
If this combination works then you are good to go with that awesome compact device-- Moto G 1st Gen.

Battery Life Compared to the RAZR M and/or Droid 4?

I used to own a Droid RAZR M and currently own a Droid 4. I love the keyboard but I want something that doesn't have a carrier logo (I currently live in Australia, there is no Verizon here) and lacks physical keys (I use Sailfish OS)
I was wondering, how does the Photon Q compare to the RAZR M and Droid 4 in terms of battery life? It looks as if they just gutted a RAZR M and put it in a revamped Droid 4, which sounds perfect to me accept that the battery is only 1775mAh or around that as compared to the RAZR M's 2100mAh. I am not too worried about battery lasting me the day, I was at ~50-70% at the end of a long day of cavestory and web browsing on my RAZR M with Sailfish OS, and my Droid 4 gets down to about 30-40% (but I blame alien dalvik leaching the battery) I was just curious to hear from people who have owned a Photon Q and a RAZR M and/or Droid 4.
EDIT: I have owned all three of these Phones, and here is my ranking of Battery Life:
RAZR M - 1st
Photon Q - 2nd
Droid 4 -3rd
Photon Q is meh on android, AMAZING on Sailfish OS (as with most devices). CM11 and CM10.1 are the only ones I have used so far on Photon Q, I plan on trying out CM12.1 and LOS 13 soon. Definitely Not 14.1 because I remember the battery life on that being pretty bad on RAZR M.
