[Completed] [Q] Bricked moto g xt1031 (interesting brick) - XDA Assist

I tried to install lolipop by converting my moto g frawg wireless cdma xt1031 into gpe. Well that's when the fun started somehow i managed to flash a non cdma (duel sim) rom onto my device completely ****ing it up. here were it gets interesting though. in fast boot my device is registering the eMMC as 8gb Samsung rv=06 pv=02 ty=17 and DRAM as 1024kb Samsung S$ SDRAM DIE=40b (its a moto g and should be saying .. as it dose on my replacement of the exact same phone eMMC *GB Toshiba RV=06 PV=51 TY=17 and DRAM 1024 Elpida S4 SDRAM DIE=4gb) on top of this the costume recovery has graphical refresh lines going horizontally down the screen like some kind of old vhs tape and it doesn't side load either. on top of all this the switch console is gone. I've tried Several dozen unbrick methods nothings even come close to working. oh and i think its still gpe (woohoo) <- sarcasm . please god help.

Progress report.

Hi there,
I think flashing stock firmware will solve your problem. See this thread: [ROM][4.4.4][STOCK][FLASHABLE ZIP] Stock Motorola KitKat ROM Collection
And this one: [GUIDE] Moto G - Restore stock firmware

Good luck

Thank you for you're reply I've come up with a solution I believe has worked, After trying you're method a week ago and being wholly unable to side load or flash anything (as stated in the main post) I purchased an external micro sd card adapter and backed up my new phone in clockwork mod and used that restoration data to revive my old phone It seems to have worked to a degree but i wont know until i get the phone re flashed at my carrier. The phone is more or less a clone of my new phone at this point. however the emmc and dram are still wacky the recovery still will not side load and the whole v.h.s thing still going on but hell it seems to have worked.

Glad to hear that.

[Q] Need help finding firmware

I've been searching two months looking for firmware for my device and haven't found anything that works like the original firmware did.
My tablet is a Trio Stealth G4 10.1 8gb (MST-1041). It got messed up after I tried installing cwm which froze and when my tablet rebooted it just said installation error over and over again.
Things that I could find out about this tablet ...
Allwinner A31Series with AP6210, was running 4.4.2 (KOT49H), exdroid 4.4.2_r2-a31-v4.6
This is where it gets hard. The board says INET-Q101-REV02 Zeng-gc 2014-03-08, and on the underside iQ101-BT CT 8010/2.
Does anyone know of a firmware for this device or is compatible with this device? Some other questions, what's the difference between Q101 and Q102?

[Completed] LG G2 D802 Refurbished, problems after upgrading rom

Hello to all and hope you will be fine
My Problem: i bought LG G2 D802 last week, it was running on 4.4 kit kat, i thought to root my phone and to install android 5.0,
So i use " one click recovery" for rooting but sudddenly my phone stuck in fastboot mode, after a lot of search i find a solution with LAF, BOOT, ABOOT etc, but i flash these .img files of d801 unfortunately. after that in download mode i installed KDZ, for turned on but touch is not working its awkward.
After searching lot i find that my LG G2 is Refurbished. i opened it and see the motherboard and D800 was written on it. So it is D800, but it always shows d802 in adb.
After doing above all things what happened to my phone
No network
Baseband Unknown
Imei Null
Touch is not responding
Internal 32 gb but showing 10gb
Restarts after 1 or 2 minutes
im currently using it with Mouse and so worried as i had managed money with great difficulty. :crying:

[Completed] Unbrick Moto G 1st gen

Hi guys, I'm kinda lost by now.
I tried to root my Moto G 1st Gen today, but whenever it was supposed to reboot again after to rooting process, I got the "dead" android with the no command warning. So I tried to some alternatives with the only result that my phone is now stuck in a bootloop. Luckily I can still access the bootloader menu, but when I try flash back to the firmware, I get the hab "check failed for boot" and recovery message, with the result that it doesn't work and I'm still in the same situation. I guess I have the wrong firmware but I can't seem to find the correct 1st gen xt1034 firmware for a german phone.
So yeah, if you could help me, that would be reaaaaally great, and if you need some additional information, I'll try my best to find it out.
Cheers
Hi,
you are sure you have an xt1034 german phone? From what I read, the xt1034 is special to America, so you should find your answer here. Good luck on reviving your phone!

My Moto G (XT1032) is dead after OTA update.....

I was facing problems like lags and battery/memory leaks since i got my MOTO G (XT1032) updated to 5.0.2. Then i received 5.1 but no improvement. Unfortunately, my device not going to receive 5.1.1, then i decided to downgrade it to 4.4.4. But again, my brother updated it with OTA 5.0.2 and while installation it went all black. Just LED blink while charging or using key combinations but not getting bootloader/fastboot. It is completely dead. MOTO Care say we need to change motherboard but it's not an hardware issue. So please, if someone know what is the actual issue, kindly help me.

maybe because of bootloader..?
You flashed Bootloader repeatedly with different versions. OTA Updates also included Bootloader upgrade. You have hard-bricked your phone.
Motherboard does indeed need to be replaced, alternatively join all the other lost souls in this thread who have been waiting for almost a year for a fix:

no fastbooty, no fixy

1). What if I get it's "BOOT IC" (instead of whole motherboard) replaced for a new one ? Will it work?
2). And what does this mean "FAILED (blank-flash:sdl-transfer-image:sdl-hello:invalid HDLC frame)" ?

If no-one responds here, I suggest you ask your questions in the 'Hard-Brick' thread I linked to. Regarding, solution (1) - I've never heard it proposed before, but I'm no expert in this area.

Moto X (2nd Gen) XT 1096 Jtag Drivers Needed

Hello Everyone,
I'm in need of help. I rooted my device XT 1096 and it got soft-bricked. I was able to get it working again. While it updated automatically to Lolipop, it died. Its now dead/ hard-bricked .
I tried doing the blankflash but I think my model's blank flash files aren't available yet. I took it to the market and they said it needs to be fixed with Jtag.
They have several Jtag boxes of different companies, but none of them supports my model. So I was hoping if anyone can help me find either
1) the right Blank flash files for my model (Moto X XT 1096)
or
2 ) The Dll file for the Jtag for my model. Please mention the Jtag box as well to use for that dll file.
Thank you
