Lollipop like ROM for SONY XPERIA C

Feedback is so welcomed and important .
How to install ?
1)Download the Rom Zip from the link in the third post.
2)place it on your device's sdcard,and reboot into CWM recovery.
3)Choose factory reset, then wipe Cache partitions and wipe dalvik cache.
4)Choose install from sdcard,locate the Zip file and select it.
5)wait until it finishes,then select" reboot system now"from the main menu.
6)The first boot will take up to 5 minutes, be patient.
7)Don't forget to activate the modules to get the full enhanced look.
Notes :
1)To get camera pictures with 8mb size, open camera app,then get to photo settings, set the preview size to (4:3),at last set the pictures size to 8mb.
2)Camera Issue:Free up to 300 Mb of internal storage.
3)Use GEM Xperia xposed Module to change the Icons Size,also use transparent system bars option in Launcher settings/Drawer in the same module to remove the background tint in drawer after changing icon size.

Thanks for your reply, i am happy to hear that you like it..
And for album issue, yes I know about this problem but i forgot to mention it in the description.....
To solve this, all what you have to do is,1)head to the settings, 2)enter display setting 3)select image enhancements ,and turn it off...
AND there is no need for deodexed Rom to flash my rom.

1)battery charging (when i kept charging the battery %is 20 after 30 min also the battery %is 20)
2)apps which r in sd card are disappearing when ph restarts

You can set the default sim by heading to setting, then dual sim settings....
But if you want to have the old indicators in the status bar,you will need to replace the systemUI with the old one..

For the battery, i think it's just a temporary problem and it will not continue...
And for the "disappearing apps" ,when you restart your phone ,wait for about one minute before unlocking your device and starting using it,give the phone some time , probably it won't disappear again...

Wallpaper randomly changes
My wallpaper suddenly changes randomly. And everytime I reboot my phone, the wallpaper changes as well.
Clocks stopped working
Sorry for the double post. I don't know how to edit the previous one.
And yeah, I am getting an error message everytime I boot my phone saying Clocks has stopped working.

Welcome dude, no problem you are welcome ..
First, the wallpaper is being changed because of the tapet app,to stop this,open tapet app, then open the side menu and select settings,switch off the master switch, also click on the options tap and set the "randomize at phone start up" switch to off....
Second, yes that is right, every time you reboot your phone you will face this error message ,but it shows up just once in every boot right?

Yes it only boots up once which is actually not a real problem.
I was also able to find out earlier it was the Tapet app that was causing it. I was about to post it here but you got to me first. Hehe. Btw, Tapet app is real cool for minimalistic wallpapers. Thanks for including it in the rom. :good:
One more tiny bit. Phone Settings button (little gear icon) does not seem to be included when I pulldown the notifcation/status bar? Is there a way to access the phone settings without going through the app drawer?
Oh, one more thing. How can I press the "thanks" button a million times for you here?

Here are the screen shots ....the ui is a little bit disappoint but waiting to test the battery life...if any bugs found found i ll notify here..

hehe sry for that i had uninstall all the apps for better rom i cant post shots
the battery standby is perfect ...and once again thanku for that one.. last 6 hours i used just for a hour ..and wifi is on but only 5%battery is discharged ....

Also in the homescreen press options and you can select different themes...

yes the icons ...i had removed the themes ..because of ram usage ...status bar icons etc are very large so .is there any other ui that we can present here

ROM looks good. Very Smooth. but its been only a day for me
Can the selection color be changed?..it is purple in color..even the battery appears in same color...

No don't use it with your device it may be bricked...
Why shouldn't I use?
the kernel structure and the CPU architecture build inside of both devices differ a lot..so using this rom on your device would be dangerous and may brick your handset(may stop turning up)

I really appreciate the hard work. ROM is very good and smooth.
Sorry, this does not change the UI. I would like to change the Lock screen and phone accept/reject Icon to default or something else. I don't like the Skull symbol.
I will write a detailed feedback after using it for sometime.
I installed this ROM yesterday night and first impression is very good. Have been using this for a day and here is my first impression on this ROM. This is a great ROM and hats off to Shrihari for his efforts.
Pros
- Is very smooth and looks good
- Adds some glamour to the screen
- Adds more options to lock screen. Lock slider can Unlock Screen, Open Phone, Messaging and Camera apps
- Pre-rooted
- Improved battery life
- Adds option to reject an incoming call with a message reply option
Personal dislikes
This is my personal feeling. Actually does not affect the performance.
- Unlock button has Skyrim Picture and while recieving the calls you see a Skull. Doesn't look professional
- Sim Color setting is not consistant across dialing, receiving call. Identifying the sim being used for the call is confusing
- Boots with HTC / HTC One logo. I would like to have a Celkon Logo.
- Signal strength Icon is white and not matching the color of Sim 1 / Sim 2
- Internal Memory and SD Card swapped.

i just saw the screenshots, you have not deleted googlebar on home-screen and many users really do not like this !
but i will try it , because of your try ! Hope that it would be the best ROM ever, i tried a about 9 roms , but i really hate the googlebar on homescreen ! can it be deleted or hide ? or must stand it !

You can hide it. It's in the Trebuchet settings. If you'll use Nova, it won't show anyways.

So, It's really Smooth, but dude what the hell is that cat icon ? why haven't you deleted it ?
the scroll in contacts is really really smooth and good, but the lag in the scrolling the sms app still remains !
When the phone is on standby, the battery is good but from the moment you start the phone and work with it , not even play with it , the battery is counting down ! I Think that cat start sucking the Voltage ! But I'm nit sure, i will test this from full charge till night and will say a trusted word about this !
There is lot of bull**** and useless widgets that must be deleted from the main , Nova luncher ? i do not like it maybe others not agree with me , but i think the Trebuchet is enough and if anyone want another luancher they can simply add it !
It's Really Really Good , but i think a lite version only with task manager , supersu , xthemeengine would be better !

Yeah I flashed it in my Karbonn A9+ too and experiencing the same problem. I didnt experiencee any lag so far but Every next window I open, is opening as a 'pop-up' which is pretty annoying plus the transparency is still there! And that cat icon on the top left corner should be removed too..
I hope the developer will work on this ROM soon and give another sweet update.

They were all very unstable!, the status Bar used to close automatically , Network problem, Settings didn't opened When Data connection was turned on a white screen used to display . . and many more! SO I didn't post them!

This is just simply awesome! I just flashed it today. But there's a problem. I think gallery is not been included so I had to extract the gallery apk from another custom ROM and then convert it to system app using link2sd. Please look into it, and once again, great rom!! :thumbup:

font are using white colour, so sometimes its cant be seen in some app.
loading screen on facebook didnt spin.
request, clean rom remove some gapps except playstore.
the rest (UI, Boot, etc) are very excelent bro.

Yes the density is 240
GPS not accurate has nothin to do with ROM, its the prob of hardware

Are you doing any mods for this ROM? If so, can you make a mod where we can completely disable SIM 2 (The icon dissappears from Status Bar)
I really think you should make a guide on how to mod our MMX A87 and we should request XDA Forums to make a device forum for A87.
I say this ROM is the best ROM ever for MMX. The way I see it, these are the best ROMs I know of:
1: Project Dark by Manas!
2: Jelly Bean by Ibnu!
3: Baby Prestigio!
After using this ROM for a couple of days. I've noticed a lot of bugs and FCs. Manas, I suggest that you turn this ROM into a beta.

viper already added,and 13mp camera tweak is fake.....and i will make patch for missing feature and provide it via OTA.

I already solved the camera problem using SGalaxy V.2 camera fix patch.. But, Viper audio has not all options for tweaking the sound quality which i found all previous Roms made by "TeaM DaRkDrOiD" . In this Rom everything is quite good but not giving good sound quality.It's just original stock Rom.. Please focus on Viper . It really needs to improve ... I will be waiting for ur next update .. But, till then i'm going back to my previous Rom SGalaxy S.2 by "TeaM DaRkDrOiD"...But, Thank You for ur great effort..

I just flashed to the latest CM10 on my xperia E and it had a boring look, I wanted something else. And I found this to theme the CM10 but it only work as a HDPi resolution, so I went searching for a solution. With some goodluck I found a MOD for that to let the theme work, without any errors. The first time you may get 'system.ui has stopped working' , just reboot and everything will be fine. Than I went searching for a mod of the statusbar, because I wanted it just like the Kitkat 4.4 styl with toggles just to make it different haha! And I had some luck with it, so I did find one. I will explain below how you can let it work if you like it! Just remember what you download here, is not MINE!!!! so give the credits to the owners, I wıll post the official threads also, so you can visit them.:good: I thanx this developers and modders they let my xperia e live again!:victory:
1. first of all you need a rooted phone with recovery-mode, so that you can flash the zip files.
2. Now you can download the miui theme here below, its just a .apk file so not a problem to instal. And put it on your SD-card.
MIUI THEME :

- Than instal the apk, dont try to set the theme because you will just get a error.
3.Now download the MOD for resolution to upgrade to HDPI, you will need to flash this from recovery.

- Reboot and Now you can set the theme from 'Settings', 'Interface', 'Themes' and choose the theme.
When that is done and you also want the kitkat statusbar, just follow below and it will be all good :good:
Download the flasheble zip to your sd card and flash it in recovery.

You could try, but I dont think that the stock rom will let the theme work on full functionally.

Theme will not work on stock. Stock doesn't have Settings > Interface > Themes menu. Since you can't go in the menu, you can't apply the theme.
As instructed, I first installed the apk. Then I flashed the MOD from recovery. But when i try to choose the theme , I am getting this error :

You are right its does not have those settings but, he can always download HK Theme Manager thats works with Xposed. Or am I wrong ?

Maybe. HK never worked for me, but maybe I just never knew how to use it.

Try to erase the theme, reboot and install it again after you flash it with the mod.
Which rom is installed on your device??

Its not a bad app, I was using it before I mod my phone with the HDPI mod. For me is good app, I never had problem with it
how to uninstall the theme?? will uninstalling the apk will do ? so this time i flash the mod first and then re-install the apk? I am using cm10 now ...

Yesi just unistall the apk and reboot. After instal it again and try to apply the theme.

Change lcd density to 159 via rom toolbox
Reboot
Set theme
Change lcd density back to 160
Reboot.
Done

Thanks @NeoTrix ... it solved the theme prob... @xperia_bird.. now after i flashed the 4.4 status bar n rebooted, the notification has disappeared and systemUI is stopping several times. I am also unable to open Settings as it is also crashing.

I had the same problem the first time so ı reflash the rom again on the phone. I delete everything cache, data ect.ect. and did a factory wipe.
than flash th erom again after that flashed the gapps en reboot the phone to the homescreen. than go back in recovery en flash the statusbar before you flash something else. than it did work me just fine, but maybe it can be different on your phone. try to flash it again in the same way i did it, maybe i hope it helps
Okk so I have tried every possible combination to try the 4.4 style notification bar, but always the systemUi crashes. Anyway, so i left the hope of it and have only installed the MIUI theme over cm10, and its quite good UI. Its only flaw is if i try to connect to PC using mass storage and allow it, the systemUI crashes again
Apart from these, the UI looks great :good:

Yeah thats strange, I dont have any problem with it. Both works great on my XE 1505!
To bad I can not help more for solving the problem I do not know what to do about it. Maybe some changes ın the system ui.apk?
You can ask some one that can help you with that problem someone who knows things hehe
