[Q] Cant call voicemail - Verizon HTC One (M8)

I've found that whenever I make a call, there is a long pause before the call is connected and actually starts ringing, up to 30 seconds at times, but the call eventually goes through. This is not the case when calling voicemail however, after the pause it hangs up and says "call lost" before connecting. I have yet to be able to access voicemail. I've tried calling voicemail in a few different ways, it's all the same. Any ideas?

outbound call notification

Hi Guys,
When I make a call, it used to ring on my handset to inform me that it was ringing at the other end. It has now stopped doing that. (e.g. dial the number, press connect, phone rings at this end, person answers)
Is this likely to be the network not sending a notification to my phone to ring, or the phone not understanding that notification, or just not ringing.
The other person answers fine after a few seconds, and the call proceeds as per normal. Equally when someone calls me it all works fine.
wait.. did it use to notifity you thru the system or thru the phone itself? if it was a system notification it's probably the device, if it's the phone it's probably the network.

VoIP calls dropping

I've set up VoIP with my TISP using this template:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=299950
It works and I can see I'm connected to my TISP.
However, whenever I make calls, it will ring and the recipient will receive the call, but as soon as the recipient picks up, the call will end on both sides.
If I dial my voicemail for example, it will ring and pick up. I'll hear the start of the voicemail automatic menu for a split (less than half a second) second before the call cuts itself.
The same thing happens when I dail out to another number. I'll hear the other party for a split second after pickup and the call will end.
I can't try incoming calls though as my TISP only offers outgoing but no incoming calls (incoming calls are routed to my cell phone).
Anyone know how to fix this?
The ROM I'm using is this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=551642
My TISP works with my Trinity before I switched to this phone.

Google Voice Stopped Working!

So I had my phone set up to where the voicemail forwards to my Google Voice, and had it working the other day. Now when people call they get a message saying that the wireless number you called is not in service.
I've tried a couple tests and here's what i came up with.
1 - Dial my cell phone directly, phone rings 5 or 6 times then gets the wireless subscriber number not found message.
2 - Dial my cell, then slide to reject the call on the cell, get busy signal
3 - Dial my Google Voice number, which then rings my cell, I let the cell ring a few times, then it goes to Google Voicemail like it should.
I have the Captivate set up to use Google Voice as the voicemail provider, and I have my google voice number entered as the voicemail number.
Is there a common setting or issue that I missed, or do I have a real problem on my hands? My phone is rooted, but still efault ROM.
I had something similar happen to me when I switched from my iPhone. I think it has to do with the number of rings before google voice picks up. For some reason they set it to 25 seconds and that's not changeable; however, you can lengthen the number of rings before your voicemail carrier takes over. Try changing it to 30 seconds with the instructions below:
1. On your phone, dial *#61# and click Send.
2. Some information should be displayed: number that the calls are being forwarded to and the delay before the forwarding engages.
3. Write down the number (including +1)
4. Dial **61*+1xxxyyyzzzz*11*30# and hit Send. +1xxxyyyzzzz is your google voice number, 30 is the delay in seconds. The delay can be set in 5 second increments, 30 is maximum.
5. Dial *#61# to verify that the new settings are active.
This worked for me, although you do have to wait a ridiculously long number of rings before it forwards it to GV. Nothing we can do about that until Google lets us mess with their 25 second time limit.
I'm thinking a lot of people will hang up before letting it ring that long. Its sort of like that saying "A watch pot never boils".

Phone Call Issues

Hello,
So I seem to have issues with my phone calls on both the CM 7 Nightlys, and CM 6.1.2 RC2. Sometimes (multiple times a day) when I go to dial a number, it will say "dialing" but the ringtone never actually dials out. Also sometimes when I go to call it just cancels out of it and says call ended. When ever this happens, i try again several min. later and it works just find. So the problem seems to be intermittent.
Also, I have my phone set up with google voice forwarding and voice mail. I do not make phone calls from it. However, sometimes when people call me, they say that my phone rings before going to voice mail. However, my actual phone does not get the call. This doesnt happen every time, but it does happen often. Ill get a notification from google voice about a missed call, but will have never revieced the call in the first place.
Is anyone else have this problem? Or maybe I have a setting all out of whack or something?
Thanks
I have the same exact problem on my stock phone. Incoming calls will work even though outgoing will not.

I have already tried that.
I have tried that as well..
Im wonder if my having any of my forward when busy etc. settings affect this.. Right now they are all set to forward to my google number, which in tern is the number that the phone itself is linked with on google voice. What should these settings be?
It is so frustrating seeing how many calls I miss\dont recieve because of this.

SIM 2 call problem

Has someone had problems with not receiving all phone calls on SIM 2?
My operator supplies an app called Elisa Ring. From this software I get pre-notifications 2-3 seconds before the call starts ringing. Basically it notifies through internet almost immediately when the caller presses the call button.
From this softwares call log I can see that many people have tried to call me but none of those have ringed and are not shown in the phones call log. This means basically that the SIM has not been ready to receive a call.
Today I tested this with my colleague at work. He called 5 times and it went always voice mail. 6th call got through and two test calls after that. Suprising was that on the calls that connected, it took a looong time before the phone started ringing.
Some calls get through but not 100% is not acceptable.
I did not have this problem with OP5 and I have the same apps now installed on my OP7P.
