Some update guys?!
Have you tried those applications? Did you solved your problems?
I tried Titanium and only did freeze app, not exclude from booting, didn't try ROM toolbox will do.
Did try to disable using System tuning pro. It disables the app completely. In a way I could stop LG's crappy App's.
I use Super Manager,it also has a function of disabling startup items.
There are many apps can do this . If you want the best app it's called "startup manager"
Or you can use "system tuner"

I use Gemini App Manager, I am unable to change all "Auto Run" options disabling any app I want from auto running for whatever reason, including but not limited to the device booting. I have changed all non essential apps to only run when I launch them. I use gemini for a lot of things, including copying apps from phone to SD and/or back to phone, uninstalling, etc. Its a great little app.
I think this seems like the right thread for me... I'm running ICS 4.0.3 on a factory rooted 7" Craig CMP741e tablet (CVS special, starter tab, AnTuTu rating about 4300). This is my first tablet, so I'm learning as I go. I want to try to speed up boot time. I'm running ES Task Manager. I've already disabled all non-system files from starting on boot, I just want to know which of these system files I can safely disable from the startup list without hurting anything:
Aldiko Premium
Calendar Storage
Contacts
Download Manager
Email
Exchange Services
GetJar
GMail
Google Contacts Sync
" " Partner Setup
" " Services Framework
Maps
Media Storage
MusicFX
YouTube
Those are all the ones that ES is suggesting I keep enabled. I don't want to actually remove any of them from my tablet, I just don't want them wasting any memory and causing lag until I actually choose to use them. It's a beginner tablet, just trying to squeeze as much performance out of it as possible.

Is it safe to uninstall the default Email and Internet apps with Titanium Backup? I have suitable replacements for both - Chrome and Gmail, and all those two are doing is taking up space.
I am aware that some apps should not be removed, I wanted to double check if these two are on that list before I remove them.
Any thoughts?
I freeze them, I haven't noticed any problems.
You can Google the apps that are safe to freeze. Some people get extreme while others just trim down. If you notice any side effects, just defrost them.

I just uninstalled both and rebooted, no errors; everything works perfectly fine. I would back them up just in case, though.
Thanks for the tips, I backed them up and uninstalled. So far so good!
So basically I rooted and wanted to get rid of some of the bloat, and I removed fb Instagram, the Google+, mag, news, movies and music apps because I never use them, but now when ever I use voice search, it fcs and I'm not really sure, I used titanium to remove everything, could it be because of the other apps i removed?
If i remove google app and reinstall it would that be a fix? I'm stock rooted btw.

Flash this rom, you will have most debloated Galaxy S6 ever, you can also flash aroma add-on package if you want additional stuff.
It is wise to freeze apps first to see what issues you might run into. Saving copies of what you are deleting also makes it easier to get them back if you run into the situation you have run into.
I never use Talkback and have it turned off in settings. But Play just offered me an update to Google Talkback. So I wonder if it is running in the background. Can I safely "freeze" Talkback in Titanium backup or will that cause trouble?
What pre-installed Google Apps can I safely freeze?
Kitkat 4.4.4.
Yes, u can freeze it.
On my S5, with stock everything besides being rooted and running 5.0, I have a modded Kik app. Whenever I attempt to uninstall an app for more space or speed, I very briefly see my phone showing the Kik app uninstalling, before quickly instead showing the correct app uninstalling. Then, after the correct app uninstalls, my shortcut on my launcher to the app says "App not installed" and I have to reinstall the app from DB.
So my question is, how do I fix this? It's annoying. It clearly doesn't fully uninstall, because the way Kik works is, if you uninstall or log out then log in, you lose chat logs. I never lose chat logs from this, yet I have to reinstall.
Thanks!
