Hey, I have the galaxy s6 and I rooted it (not with pingpong.) Now I can't turn on tasker accessibility(doing things when entering an app)..
When I am switching it on, it gives me a pop up tasker wants to use the information when you get into an app. I press ok but then I recieve another pop up says universal switxh doesn't support my xurrent system language, null will be the language for text to speech and it can cause some unexpected issues.. sorry about my English, someone know if I debloated something wrong etc..?

I have been googling for about an hour trying to solve this problem but i'm not even sure what this is called, so i apologies if this has been asked a million times.
The problem:
When i am sms'ing and type "wel" it switches it for "we'll" and if have been looking how to disable this.
Backstory:
I am dutch but i prefer most things in english then dutch.
And "wel" is the dutch word for "well" a quite common word so i often use it.
Any advice would be welcome.
Thanks
I got exactly the same issue, if I could only remove the word we'll from the dictionary it should be ok. because in a text message the ( ' ) seperates the message in 2 text messages.
I'm curious if somebody got a solution for this
found a solution, in windows mobile 6.5 you can "@ keyboard options" disable auto correct
Hello,
I have a problem with my messages app, sometimes it completely crashes :
Here are the symptoms :
- I have the messages list, but when I want to open one, I have the "loading.." but nothing happen
- Sometimes when I want to send a message, it doesn't work. I push the send button, the sending windows appears something like 300ms but my message isn't sent
- And recently, when I configure to see only 1 line of preview, after a crash it set it back to 2.
Each time I have to turn my phone off and on again to make it work again
I have tried other apps like handcent and goSms, I tried a factory reset but the problem remain..
My phone is rooted and i have a custom rom (the probleme was here before i rooted it, I though a new rom might resolve it and after 3 nothing has changed)
I'm starting to think it's hardware.. in this case I'll try the warranty..
Thanks for your help
ps : English is not my mother tongue, sorry if there are mistakes
Have you tried changing to another radio image maybe it's caused be signaldrop or something like this?
Here you can get a another one.
Btw, which is your current?
Edit:
Btw, apps like gosms,.... can't solve your problem, they're set up on the build in SMS app and only provide a different user interface
Thanks, might be good idea
I have 20.28b.30.0805U_38.03.02.11_M
At first I didn't upgrade it because it seems dangerous and, as some says it is rarely necessary. But in this case, I might consider it
I am trying to solve this problem. I have translated version of Ideafriend, but it still show me a new update popup window. I tried this update, but then everything would be in English, so I uninstall it in settings and is OK in my language. But few hours later, again started to show popup window, how can I disable this or forbid it please?
DroidWall from PlayStore and block internet access for Ideafriend.
Hello all. First time seeker of information as my searches are coming up negative.
Phone is verizon SGS3 (SCH-I535) with 4.1.2 installed. It is rooted, and everything has been backed up in titan. No custom ROMS but clockwork recovery is installed.
Recently I went though and froze/uninstalled some bloatware, after a full titan backup was performed. So everything can be restored, if need be.
More pertinent information, I use the "Keyboard from Android 2.3" app to use the gingerbread keyboard. Swype and samsung keyboards are also installed.
The functionality I lost was the speech to text. Using the gingerbread and swype keyboard there's a microphone to record voice and put it to text. I've unfrozen and reinstalled all the s memo, and s suggest apps thinking that these were the culprits from preventing this function from working. (As of now gingerbread says "No matches found" and Swype just says nothing).
Does anyone know what process or app controls the speech to text? My language is set up, the TTS is set up, but nothing seems to recognize my voice for conversion to text.
Thank you.

I rooted and debloated my phone of annoying apps a couple months ago. Apparently I went a step too far and uninstalled an app related to voice recognition. (no backup, unfortunately) I thought it was unneeded and just recently realized it crippled my ability to use voice recognition. The stock keyboard shows the mic button, but does nothing when pressed. Google keyboard wont show the mic and in google keyboard settings the "voice input key" option is greyed and says "No voice input methods enabled. Check language and input settings." There are no settings related to it in language and input settings. Other apps don't work or say my phone isn't capable of voice recognition. I did use voice recognition from the stock keyboard when I first had the phone and it worked fine. I can't think of anything else I did to cause this. I updated the UI to the latest but that didn't replace the file. I really want to avoid resetting and flashing roms so I would love to find that app and just install it again. I remember it having the words, voice, speech, or something similar. I need a list of system files so I can compare it to mine and see what I'm missing. I looked around but couldn't manage to do it. If someone can provide a list or point me in the direction of solving this I would really appreciate it. Huawei Ascend P7 - Android 4.4.2 - Emotion UI version 2.3

Hello
I couldn't find a stock firmware for your device on XDA, but you could post your issue in the Ascend P7 Q&A forum where someone would be able to extract the apk and link it to you.
Cheers,
Quasar.
