Hi,
recently I rooted my EU Xoom device. Everything worked fine so far. Now the Market App told me about an update to the Music App. I hit "update" , then a small window appears that says something like "permitting access" (in German of course), the window disappears and no update is done. Any ideas? Can this have to do with the rooting of the device?
btw: is there an english language pack for my device?

I had the same issue - It appeared in My Apps as an update, but wouldn't intall. I left it for a few hours, came back and it worked. You could probably try clearing the cache and stopping the Myapps process, though this didn't change anything for me.
I've seen the same thing happen before for apps that aren't initially available in all regions.
If you attempt to install music beta from the android market website (with a PC/laptop), you should be able to hover over the device. For me, it was initially greyed out, with the tooltip explaining that it wasn't available in my region/country, even though a friend had just updated to it. I'm sure if you leave it a few hours, you'll be able to install it then.
had the same thing happen to me when i uninstalled the music beta update.
Simple click manage instead of install and then once redirected to the manage page seleting update will now work properly.

I have same issue with a US WiFi model used out side of US.
I googled a free US http proxy, type it into wifi settings.then access market again, end with update successfully.

I recently installed Anti Theft Droid LITE (biggest mistake i made),i just registered on its web site but its interface was in chiness or protugal language so i though to remove the app,I uninstall it,but from than when ever i turn off my GPS my device select its default location as YICHANG,i dont know were that location is,but every app including weather an Google map shows my default location as Yichang, it is realy annoying me, I tried to factory reset but nothing change,even the time is also changed, please can someone help me with that. :crying:
Hey, I have the galaxy s6 and I rooted it (not with pingpong.) Now I can't turn on tasker accessibility(doing things when entering an app)..
When I am switching it on, it gives me a pop up tasker wants to use the information when you get into an app. I press ok but then I recieve another pop up says universal switxh doesn't support my xurrent system language, null will be the language for text to speech and it can cause some unexpected issues.. sorry about my English, someone know if I debloated something wrong etc..?
hey guys I accidently uninstalled the native internet browser app "Internet." Is there a way to get it back.
The reason why i need it is because when I'm connecting to the internet at work, there's usually a popup that allows me to proceed. This popup box is no longer popping up
Samsung Internet in the Play Store
I had to reset my phone to factory due to my own ****up and after i did Android 11 keeps showing me this emergency alert to finish setting up my phone by logging in with either Smart Switch or Google and get my data back. I never logged in to google or smart switch before and there's no data to recover, i just want this dumb notification alert gone. Is there a way to do so?
Please excuse the language, as i live in a spanish speaking country.
The notification comes from Android Config (com.google.android.setupwizard)
I had the phone already functioning and i have no idea if removing this apk will break or change anything in my phone, since i assume this is an apk that is run only once on init then never used again.
