Hi, I'm on stock 12.0 YNG1TAS17L, Closed Bootloader, TWRP, FrancoKernel installed and I've lost those options, anyone knows why?
Reverting to stock Kernel and disabloing all xposed modules didn't work... maybe rooting or recovery changing breaks these options?
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Is anybody experiencing this problem with a ROM with this stupid SeLinux premission switch thing? Every ROM i flash with this feature baked into the ROM xposed is broken. Tried to flash with ROM first then turn the switch off then flash xposed. Same issue. Flashed different kernel same issue. If anybody has gotten xposed to work with this feature in their ROMs and there's a workaround to getting xposed to work please help.
I have a nexus 5 running marshmallow Stock ROM rooted with Franco kernel and xposed framework installed. When I was on lollipop ,if I had to change kernels ,I would just flash the stock kernel using flashify and then flash custom kernel.
But now,i have Franco kernel running and I plan to flash code blue kernel. If I try to flash the stock kernel using flashify ,the phone won't boot, the Marshmallow boot Animation occurs infinitely. So what should I do? The superSU version is 2.52.
Please explain me the steps to flash code blue kernel. One the members suggested flashing superSU 2.61 but for that I need to flash the stock partition.I don't want to do that.Is there any workaround?
Thanks in advance
Flash stock System and Boot images, then flash code blue kernel. This is probably the safest solution, I don't know if there are many other options available.
Try flashing stock system.img and boot.img then blu_spark + SuperSU 2.61
EDIT: too late

Yes you will have to root again and install Xposed framework. You won't lose your modules though.
Use this to download the nexus 5 factory images: https://is.gd/84Nk59
Tutorials are availabe to know how to flash them with fastboot.
Didn't realized and tried to install SuperSU on CM13. Got a bootloop which I fixed with unSU.zip (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63615067&postcount=2459). Now I have no root even though root is enabled in developer options. Any suggestions?
Me too, just encountered this problem
Edit: Dirty flashed ROM from update, seems to be working now.

Wht did you flashed supersu when root was already available in developer options? :/
CM13 already have su binaries and to enable them you have to go in developer options -> root. If you flashed Sultan CM13 (which i really recommend) you have to install SU from here. Remember to keep the TWRP updated.
EDIT: i read again the first post. I guess unSU removes all the binaries, the ones from CM as well. Flash again the same ROM and gapps without wiping data and you should be good to go
I just got my Xperia Z5 (E6603) and when I installed Xposed I got boot loops. I managed to fix this by removing xposed.
My phone has unlocked bootloader, is rooted and has TWRP. I'm running android 6.0.1 and androplus kernel 3.10.84-v31 on a stock rom 32.2.A.0.253
There is any version of Xposed that won't result in a bootloop? I've already tried version 83,85 and 87...
I'm running the 86 version, and I never had any issue
Which kernel and firmware version you're using? Stock rom? Could you send me the kernel you're using please?

I'm using the following and Xposed is working without issue on 32.2.A.0.305 for the E6653:
AndroPlus v41 - v41 should work with your firmware as well.
Material Design Xposed Installer - provides many more options for installing Xposed.
Systemless Xposed - you can flash this right from within the Material Design Xposed Installer I linked to above.
Thank you very much for answering. It seems the problem was some module or maybe a bad restore, since I restored the modules from a titanium backup. I deleted all modules and xposed and resintalled again from scratch and it worked.
Now I'm with the latest firmware, xposed and kernel and everything is working ok.
I've rooted my OP6 with Magisk and I'd like to get Gravitybox but idk if it's safe to try to install XPosed using this https://www.xda-developers.com/xposed-framework-for-android-oreo-beta/. Has anybody tried it or have any information on this? Thanks.

First, make sure you can reflash your device back to stock (either by flashing full ROM or restoring from TWRP) if anything goes wrong.
Install XposedInstaller_3.1.5.apk from this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811
You can then run the app and it will allow you to download and install proper Xposed Framework for your device.
Xposed Framework Oreo is still in beta, but my experience is that everything seems to be working just fine on my OP3T running OOS Beta.
Not sure what changes OOS on OP6 has compared to other OP devices so there is a certain probability that it might be incompatible.
Note, that GravityBox is not fully compatible with OOS running on OP6 (some of the features, like e.g. those navbar related, might not work as expected).
