After trying to flash stock firmware on my Moto G 4G XT1039 I ran a bat file found on here and accidentally put XT1032 firmware on my phone and to my surprise everything works fine bar 4G and as I have no coverage around here its no big loss, but what I am wondering is if the XT1039 Could take the GPE firmware for the XT1032?

Hi,
I have a UK XT1032, which was converted to GPE 4.4.2 using the KOT49H.004 files.
I recently installed the GPE OTA 4.4.4 and now my phone no longer has network signal.
I've been searching the problem and after testing, found that my phone's IMEI has been erased!!! (IMEI = 0)
Does anyone have a solution to this?
HI, all i can say is i did the same thing - 4.4.2(UK) converted to 4.4.3 GPE then 4.4.4, but everything is working fine!
I have been working on a friends phone and I need to figure out how I can flash it completely stock, but flash it to an XT1034 image. I have a 4.4.2 image but you can't revert from 4.4.3.
Does anyone have advice? I've been kinda removed from this phone for a while. It is the unlocked GSM version bought straight from the Moto store in the US.
I was wondering is I can flash the stock rom of XT1032 to my XT1034 and be a able to receive 3G signal. I bought this phone on Amazon and it was from Tesco, unlocked it but it doesn't receive 3G frequencies here in Europe . Will this work? This is my only phone so I want to be sure it works before I do something and brick it.
If you can find a stock XT1034 ROM you can restore everything very easily, so if you back up your data you don't have to worry about breaking anything.
Does anyone have a flash-able zip or something for the Moto G LTE lollipop boot-loader. Other people's devices are working fine but mine has a weird horizontal line that indicates that my boot-loader isn't compatible with the ROM I'm running (android 5.1). Does the Moto G 2013 (No LTE) bootloader work on the LTE version? If it does work, is there anything it isn't comparable with? I'm willing to use fastboot or adb or whatever it takes to get the bootloader on there.

The Lollipop Bootloader for 4G / LTE Moto G will be included in the Lollipop OTA update arriving shortly. When a factory firmware image is available, that will also include the file motoboot.img - which can be flashed independently via fastboot.
I would strongly advise against flashing the non-LTE Bootloader on your phone. Messing around with Bootloaders is extremely dangerous; many people have have had to learn this the hard way and now have ruined phones.
Will flashing the ota update bootloader on a different version of the moto g lte (us cellular) have any affect
Hey
I converted my Teso Moto G XT1032 running 5.0.1 to GPE 5.1 using this http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/gpe-lollipop-5-1-1click-installer-t3075522 and now my phone cannot recognise my SIM Card. I've tried flashing multiple different radios but none seem to help.
Any help would be appreciated.
