As the title says, I want to get the emojis from iOS on my Z3 since I think they look better than the ones that are included in Android. I managed to get them on KK but I've been unable to get them to work since I updated to LP even though I found a package made for LP.
So what I'm asking / requesting is if anyone could help me get them working and or make me a flashable zip with them.

Hey !
Just download an app called "Emoji Switcher" on the Play Store. You must be rooted. You can change for Samsung emojis, HTC emojis, Apple emojis or AOSP KK and LL emojis.

Hi, I want to have transparet app drawer like in Android L iwth white icon.
I found this file extracted from L, but it can be installed over the original lollipop launcher and I want to have both.
Maybe someone can help me with that and try to edit this file to install with different name like launcherL to not replace Google Now Launcher ??
Editing the package name, my knowledge isn't too good on that, but I know it requires decompiling the APK and editing the Android Manifest file.
As to installing KitKat's Google Now version on Lollipop, I don't know how that works since Lollipop uses a different Google version. You can give it a try though. [emoji14]
Google Now Launcher (Google Search) is obfuscated, therefore you won't be able to change the package name.
If you wan't transparent app drawer on Google Now Launcher you have to install Google Search app from 4.4.4.
Hi, I am also testing what you want to do. I am being editing all "Velvet.apk" and try making the app drawer being transparent.
For the 'all apps' icon or launcher, there is no problem to edit it.
Maybe it is the way to install it as normal launcher like Nova etc. to not replace original one..
Hi! I just update my S6 to MM, but i'm not able to set a custom font anymore. With Lollipop i was able to install a custom font with IFont and apply it from screen settings. Now IFont still can install the font, but once you try to apply from settings, it says that it's not supported and it asks if you want to unistall it. Any advice/tip (phone isn't rooted, i don't want to root it)?
Thanks in advance
I have same issue but with Lollipop I hope someone can help us
no one can help?

Hi, I had the same issue. I solved it by downloading the fonts I wanted separately on Google. I then used ifont (my/my font section) to set the fonts. It worked perfectly. Hope this helps.
... don't work.
Same issue here. I just received the 6.0.1 update for my S6 Edge & I'm having the same issue. The update before this (security update for 5.1.1) iFont stopped working for me, so I tried HiFont and that worked. But now I've installed this latest update (Marshmallow 6.0.1) & neither iFont or HiFont work.
Same here. You know, I wouldn't even mind buying the fonts from Samsung's store if at least they got the fonts I want.
If rooted i' ve made something for fonts in MM6

I'm having the same issue as well, after the upgrade to marshmallow. Both ifont and Hifont do not work. The reviews for the apps reflect this, but mostly S7 users complaining.
Anyone notice that you can't disable the stock fonts using package disabler anymore?

The latest iFont has a workaround for this. I'm happily back to my custom font
Was sad that I couldn't install Roboto light after mm and iFont didn't seem to show it anywhere.
In Device, system, fonts, saw a lot of ttf including roboto light ttf. Put the ttf in Custom folder of iFont. Got iFont Donate version. Put it to Samsung mode, went to My Fonts section and successfully installed Roboto Light font again. All this on stock unrooted.
@episode96 bro what's the work around ..?I have latest ifont still not able to change font stock note 5 mm..
Your ifont fix is mostly covered by this.damn ad.screen that's trying to ruin any patience I have left....what new ifont workaround are you referring to? Thanks in advance for repeating for me
Me too ive been trying all sorts of fonts, flipfonts hi font ifont and it doesnt not how can we fix this?

In iFont, put it to Samsung mode and it should apply most of the fonts available. If you want a specific font which is not available, use iFont donate version!
This method isn't working for me. Still getting unsupported font.

It doesn't work with all fonts. Try the fonts located in the internal memory of the device like I mentioned above. You can also keep trying other fonts in iFonts. Try changing modes of installation..
Otherwise root is the only solution!

Whats up fellas.
Lets go straight to the point. Here are the new emoji found in Android N Preview 2. I've included an updated Google Keyboard as a bonus. This keyboard was extracted from a Nexus 6 (not 6P!) factory image, so it's for 32-bit devices only.
Uninstall any previous Google Keyboard version (modded or not) before flashing this zip.
If you want just the emoji, then flash the "EmojiOnly" zip.
Disclaimer: You're flashing these files at your own risk. I'll not take any responsibility if something goes awry. Your destiny is your own. So just in case... BACK. UP. YOUR. SYSTEM. PARTITION.
Bugs:
- Some of the emoji don't display properly in the keyboard.
Note: Looks like the guys at Gadget Hacks were faster than me. Try their emoji zip if mine doesn't work, lol.

I'll try. No promises though. It'll probably take forever to upload (slow internet -.-).
But hey, at least the Google apps (excluding the keyboard and possibly some other core apps) are deodexed.
Edit: But do you guys need everything (EVERYTHING!) in /system or you need only app, framework, and priv-app?

Hi all men, is it possible to have the new stock launcher? (Now some icons changed ((DEV 2)))
Hi! Thanks a lot for the emojis, but I've noticed in the zip that apart from the "notocoloremoji" font file (which is apparently the emojis) there are also 4 other "notoserif" fonts. Are they needed?
I deleted them from the fonts system folder and there is no issue with the emojis. Maybe you should exclude them from the zip.

A previous emoji updater zip i had here also changed the notoserif fonts (it came from 6.0.1). I believe these fonts are somehow related to the emoji, but i'm not 100% sure.

The google search app is on apkmirror now. Get it from there. You'll want to download version 5.12.16.NYC or something.
how to uninstall emojionly ?
So I just updated my phone J4+ from oreo to pie.
Before the update I was able to change my own font by using Theme Galaxy on PlayStore, install the .apk (success), restart, apply it & it worked well
But After I updated it to Pie One Ui, I can't change my own custom font anymore, everytime I tried to install the .apk from Theme Galaxy app it says "App Not installed". Also I did the same with GxFonts but it doesn't work too.
I need another alternative/ an idea to change a custom font
Thanks[emoji1317]

When you go to the read more of theme galaxy there's this:
#INFO
With Pie, Samsung started to block all the custom fonts and themes installation. They implemented in S8/Note8 pie beta versions and soon S9/Note9 pie versions will be blocked as well. In the future, non-Root theming is no longer possible and that means this app will require root permission in order to work in Pie. Soon, the pie compatibility will be rolled out.

So I know that I can download Fonts from the Samsung Store, but they are all fugly as hell. On my S9+, I used GxFonts to install Custom Fonts (the Windows 10 Bahnschrift, to be exact), but it doesn't work anymore on the Z Fold 2 because I see many blame "Foundation" for it on newer Galaxy devices. Is there a new way to install Custom Fonts on the System? It is ridiculous that Samsung devices can be so heavily customized in so many ways, but it is completely impossible to install a custom .TTF font.
This works:

Found that one earlier too, but it doesn't allow me to install the Fonts that I personally want like Bahnschrift. I am looking for a way on how I can install the .TTF files directly.
Thanks for link.. Got a few fonts I like in that zip...
