[Q] Trouble accessing internet while on call. - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I recently upgraded to the S6 and am unable to get on the internet while I am on a phone call unless I am connected to Wi-Fi, I did not have this issue with the S5 so am wondering if there is some sort of setting I need to change? Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

Turn on WCDMA only.

[Q] Hero H9500 on O2 - no 3G connection

Hi, I hope somebody can help with this.
I have just received my new Hero H9500 Android phone. I am on O2 in the UK. I can connect to their network for calls & texts - I've even been able to make a video call. Internet is only achievable via WIFI. If I switch WIFI off and enable 3G, the phone just doesn't connect. I have tried downloading some apps to manage the 3G on/off, but this has made no difference. Having just got off the phone to O2, and them telling me that because it is not a phone that they sell they cannot help me, I'm now feeling a little hacked off!
The ROM is the stock ROM supplied, which I was intending to leave on, I'd rather not switch to the Zopo p900 ROM unless it is really necessary.
So if anybody has any useful advise, I'm all ears.
Thanks in advance!
****** I have resolved this problem...apologies if I wasted anybodies time! I manually changed the APN settings that O2 had automatically sent me when my SIM first registered on theor network and with a switch off and on of 3G it suddenly connected!

[Q] Never managed to access the Internet

Hi I have had my Samsung GT-S5830i for a few months now but have never managed to access the internet other then through Wi-Fi at home. Furthermore I have never been able to connect to any free Wi-Fi away from home say in a pub. Is there something in settings that is preventing this?
I am with Giff Gaff that uses the 02 network.
Any help would be appreciated.

[Q] Service wont come back until reboot?

Hi everyone, I have a OPO on Straight Talk and I've been having issues with it when I lose service. Sometimes if I have no signal, once I move to an area with signal I have to reboot for it to connect to the network. Has anyone had this issue? Is there a setting I can change to fix it?
Thanks
I am also having the same problem. I am in India, my carrier is BSNL. Any solutions, suggestions friends?

LG G5 Nougat 7.0 - roaming mobile data issue

Hello,
I'm having trouble using my phone in roaming. My home mobile provider is Vip net., in Croatia. I'm currently in England, and my phone is currently connected to Vodafone network, which a partner of Vip.
I'm unable to get mobile data connection unless I'm connected to Vodafone 4G network. When I do a manual scan of networks, I can see (most of the time) three instances of each network (4G/WCDMA/GSM). Whenever my phone decides to switch from 4G to WCDMA or GSM, I lose the mobile connection.
APN is of course set correctly since otherwise I wouldn't be able to connect to the network on 4G (I've even had my provider send me the APN configuration message to make sure that's correct - I also tried various modifications to settings of the same).
I've talked with my providers technical support and they haven't been able to provide me with a solution, so I'm wondering if anyone here might have a clue about what is happening?
I've tried doing some basic diagnostic with adb, but haven't been able to gather much from modem logs, which I've attached here, and I would be grateful if anyone would take a look.
Here is the log, please note that it starts with me turning on mobile data and ends with me turning it off:

The phone in question is LG G5, Android 7.0 Nougat, Stock rom. (I had the same issue on 6.0)
Thanks guys!

Cellular data problem (SM-G998B/DS)

Hello,i'm having a internet connection problem with my Samsung s21 ultra whenever i'm using cellular data(not Wi-FI).It randomly lose connection and the only way to restore connection is to turn airplane mode on and off.First i thought it was problem with my carrier, but then i tested another carrier's sim card and the same problem occurred. After inspecting a little bit,ive noticed that my Service provider version is set to another country other where im currently living, and i was wondering can this be the reason why im having problems with connectivity and if it is ,is there any solution to that?
