I got my S6 32gb on Saturday, I have been on it ever since, until this afternoon, used it walked away came back to my desk and it was dead, nothing. Took back to the Cw and got a replacement same day( within 28 days). Any one else had this? I have also returned one with a pink dot on the screen.

hey guys, i've bought an new tf300t for me. it went extreamly good and i'm very impressed. the first day went well, I only installed a few apps, tested them until the battary was empty for the first time, so I charged it during the night (in power-off mode). The next day, as I took my new tablet and pushed the power button, a thin (1 pixel width) line appeared on the screen. It went from the left to the right edge and has benn on the screen the whole time. Nothing did work, I reseted it, made a factory reset, nothing worked
Do I really have to send it back because of the hardware malfunctino or is there any other sultion?
Thanks for every answer!!!
If you are on the latest firmware .30 and you still have this line you should exchange it for a new one.
bring it back to the store
bring it to the store were i live theirs a 14 day law and warranty shod cover it but looks like ether you can get to the recovery so you rom might have gotten mest up up
nope
i didn't even root it, nor there wasn't any custom rom... it passed out on the second day of useage.
So I bought my Sensation on Ebay 2 weeks ago, and I just got a Skinomi screen protector in the mail today. After applying it, I went ahead and left it off for about 30 minutes. Then I turned it on, and everything was working fine, however, after about 10 minutes, the screen started flickering, and acting strange, and then it promptly blanked out. I pulled the battery and put it back and attempted to boot again. Then, the HTC logo flashed for a second, and then the screen flickered off again. After one more try, I got the same result.
Any help for fixing this? I'm not familiar with repairing at all, so if anyone could point me in the right direction as what to do, or a digitizer that is known to work, I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi -
About 2 months ago I dropped my nexus 5 and cracked the screen. I ordered a new screen+digitize+ frame combo on ebay, which shipped from China, and replaced the broken screen. It works fine and I am proud of myself. However, I have now noticed that the screen is entirely non-responsive outside on a 90-degree day. I don't recall the phone having this problem before. When I come back into air conditioning, it starts working again in a matter of minutes, almost immediately. Is this the fault of the replacement part, something I did wrong in repair, or some kind of calibration issue? I sure could use some help. Thanks
(Nexus 5, 32 Gb, stock, rooted, KK 4.4.4.)

I've never had any problems with my Nexus 5 until yesterday. I am running stock Android, never rooted. Yesterday my phone suddenly turned off and it wouldn't start up. After hours of trying, I finally managed to turn it on, but then it turned off again. Now I was able to see the Google booting screen a few times but it wouldn't get to the icons.
Now, here is the crappy part. I believe you get a 1 year warranty with the Nexus device and my credit card offers extended 1 year warranty. But, it has just been 2 years since I ordered it at the end of October, what a bummer!
I have a feeling it might be a battery issue. Any ideas how much a battery replacement costs and if Google themselves do these repairs?
So my wife was using her phone today and then the screen went black. The phone itself seems to be on as I can feel it vibrate when I try to hard reset it, but no display.
Phone has never been dropped and only about 6 months old. Any ideas? I'm scheduled to swing by UbreakIFix it tomorrow for them to take a look since its under warranty.

Ugh. I took it over to the local ubreakifix and they fixed it (and billed samsung) since it was still under warranty. Looks like it would have been $260 if I had to pay for it.
This happened to me back in June. AT&T was quick with a warranty replacement. Fairly well known issue with this model, as blackhawk said.
Exact same thing happened to me yesterday. Phone was fine when I put it on the charger and went to bed. Woke up to no screen. Had to use power button to turn off my alarm. Soft reset it multiple times with no change.
Luckily had a ubreakifix right up the road and they got it replaced in about 3 hours, free of course. My phone is not even 7 months old yet. Told me as soon as I brought it in that it's been a known issue with this model. Smh.
