I am running android 4.3, rooted on an ascend mate 2. A while back I was able to post using the Facebook app by touching share, then with friends, at least I think that's what the option was if not its something very close. If I wanted to write something to it I selected the other option, but I can't remember the name of it. I factory reset my phone and can't figure out how to get that feature back. I didn't do anything in the first place all I did was install an update, don't remember which version. I am currently running Facebook version 33.0.0.0.7. Any help getting this back would be appreciated. I rarely write anything and mainly just share posts to my feed. Also I haven't installed any new root or other apps that would have changed any settings.

Not a question directly related to this device so sorry if this is in the wrong forum but....
Whilst using the official WP Facebook app on this phone I have noticed when it updates,
it automatically takes you back to the top of the page, even when you are just scrolling through the home page!
Does anyone know how to stop this, or can recommend a good Facebook app without this issue?

It's a pain in the A$$! Try a third party app or start using the mobile site. I've tried both but have ultimately ended up back at the app and put up with it. Most of the Facebook app complaints these days are directly related to that. I'd expect it to get updated at some point in the not too distant future.

I have problems with my new Device (Lenovo K3 Note/ Android 5.0) the Mobile Data is not working good. When i'm using Wi-Fi it's working properly, all pages, facebook, messenger, youtube etc. works good, but then when i'm using Mobile Data i can see that only Messenger works. All pages, facebook, youtube can't show me any signs of life.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Check that your Acess Point Names, APN, is set up correctly. Check with your carrier for the correct ones. You can usually Google APN YourCarrierName
Hi again, thanks for your reply. APN is good, i tried to reset it, but again i haven't see any signs of life. So maybe any more suggestions? By the way, can i downgrade maybe android version?

Hi. Sorry if this has been answered, but I need help rooting my Motorola ultra phone. Normally I'd look up stuff like this on YouTube, but haven't found anything close to being semi easy. I have a galaxy tab 2 that I was able to root, and still works today, so I can follow basic instructions, just need to be pointed in the right direction. Included is a snapshot of my phone info, hope it can help. All I really want to do is use titanium backup to create multiple profiles for games I play, like I did on my tablet

This root method was just discovered. It's somewhat tricky but works; however system partition remains locked, so no installing an alternate recovery for roms, etc.
**** Developer has fixed compatibility of app.****
There is no further support needed.

Hello I am trying to run an app for my work it is called Ekey I use it in Real Estate it is found in the play store. It successfully downloads, installs but when I launch the app it shows the logo for the app. then crashes the entire device.
My GEM-703L is stock and not Rooted. The Dev. for the app worked on it for a hour... install, uninstall, restart, recover etc. in the end they recommended I contact the manufacture although I wont hold my breath.
Since all of us here have good taste in phones I thought I would ask our community if anyone can be of assistance. :fingers-crossed:

Hello guys, I've accessed this forum for many years now, and always found answers for all my Android related questions. Now the time has come that I have a question that I cannot seem to find a solution to and have decided to create a account and ask the best forum for help.
So what I want to know is if there is an app that can keep my game running on the background just as if it were on the foreground. I know a lot of you have played a game where there is an auto attack option and if you leave it on 24/7 you will get more levels, items and stuff. I've searched a lot and didn't find a good solution what I did find was this floating app that claims to kind of do what I want but I need to connect to a computer with adb everytime I want it to work. The name of the app is floating apps I can't post the link yet because my account is noobish but will update.
So guys is there an app or perhaps some way to edit the .apk so that it works like that?
Anyone? Maybe if I rooted my device?
