Guys please solve this problem for me
When i open the CPU load page from antutu widget i got the following screenshot which always shows core 1 as sleep from somedays I am feeling poor performance on my device is this the reason and why it happens?
I tried after overloading my device but still core is slept. Does anyone know the solution ? Please help I have attached the screenshot to this post.
Have the similar problem for my Alcatel OT 4007D.
It has only one core and it is found slept. And so I suppose the device can't work even an app smoothly and the device have turned completely useless.

Hi guys. I bought my O3D last week and already problems accured. My battery does not last longer that 3 hours, tops. I installed the System Panel APP and kept monitoring it for a while and noticed that there's a suspend procces and i using the 100 % of my cpu and with that, my battery aswell. I asked around what to do and the answer was to set up my display to never turn off...but i don' see that option in the settings tab.
It's running on android 2.2.2.
Can anyone please help me?
I've recently installed a great app called "system panel", to find out what's eating my battery life. It was suggested by a fellow XDAer (thanks for that BTW)
Upon installing it, I found that it shows one core as active, and the other one is grayed out all the time. Could I be running one core? Or is this normal to the app/system/rom (skyrocketeer 2.0)
Or am I just jumping to conclusions?
Nothing to worry about. This is from the app description.
Why does CPU #2 appear "grayed out" on my dual-core device?
- A grayed out second CPU indicator indicates the second core is asleep to save battery. This is generally a good thing, it will turn back on when needed.

You can force it back on-line with system tuner
Oops
Thanks for the quick reply
Hi,
I own a micromax canvas elanza 2 , unrooted and bootloader locked. I recently noticed that my battery is draining too fast. so to check ram usage i downloaded an app called system panel and it showed over 80-90% ram usage and full clock speed (1190mhz).
I tried factory resetting and rebooting but it only resolves ram problem (that too again goes to 80% usage after sometime). My clock is still at 1190mhz.
please help me.
Thank You
Have you installed an kernel or tinkered with the cpu settings in any way?
No, I haven't installed any kernel. But yeah, once I installed an app called game booster 3 by its rating(4.7). It has three modes but all for rooted users. Those modes said that it would make all my cores run but I don't think it would have any effect since my phone is unrooted. I tried boosting but no significant change on the game. So I uninstalled it. After then also my phone was running fine.

I'm having the same issue too , I've a dual core cpu with a frequency of 1.3ghz and all cores are running at their max , please is this normal ? But they isn't any form of overheat or battery drain
Hello , I've received my xz for ten days , but the CPU load is always high even when the phone is idle. Just like the screenshot, there is obviously no app currently running in background , but the CPU load can reach 38% and all 4 cores are on. Back to the days with my z3, the snapdragon 801 often only have 1 or 2 cores working in idle state, so anyone can tell me what causes this problem?
Btw, when I switch on the stamina mode , the phone will become very laggy, I think it's also related to the CPU load problem.
I appreciate your help , thank you.
You need to check the battery and see what apps are displaying there as to taking up your usage..
If you cannot figure it out you may need to perform a factory reset and monitor as you install each of your apps.
the stamina mode will make the phone laggy as it also decreases the performance of the CPU

thank you?i used the top command in terminal , but no app was consuming a lot of CPU , that's strange
After update 7.0 Nougat on my Xperia XA (F311) I am unable to see CPU Frequency in any app. On Xperia XA/XA Ultra Forum a guy sad that its because of app that is not updated for android 7.0 and many users of android 7.0 are having problems like me so I need to contact the developer. I think that is not true because I tried every single app for showing CPU Frequency and every app says that all of my 8 cores are stopped and even shows that base frequency is 0-0MHz instead of showing something like 300-1950MHz. Only CPU percentage (%) is showing (like 36% CPU is used). Do I need to enable something in Settings I don't actually know... On Android 6.0 Marshmallow I was able to see CPU Frequency usage so I don't know where is problem. If someone has solution or even seems to have the same problem like me I would be very thankful to share experience here. Please help and Cheers!!
Edit: On my Older phone Xperia M4 Aqua every CPU Frequency showing app is working just fine and phone with me is still very smooth and note that I take so much care to my smartphones.
