Hey guys. Newbie here. Plus I'm not an expert like you guys so don't bash me lol. So here's my issue:
I rooted my Nexus 4 with the shuame root tool and then I unrooted it back using the same tool. And when I got the 5.0.1 OTA update, i selected to install it but then it goes to the shuame recovery screen. When I select "Yes. Install this package", it reboots and doesn't get updated to Lolipop and it's still stuck on 4.4.4. Any idea on how I can get rid of the shuame recovery and get back the stock recovery? Please help. Thanks.
Plus I'm still running stock android

Hi guys, I own a SCH-I535 or Verizon Samsung Galaxy SIII and I use Casual Root, Unlocking Bootloader and Flashing CWM Recovery and it works fine, no errors. I verify that I am rooted because of the SuperUser installed in my phone. Also I verify that I have now a custom recovery CWM recovery. What I want to verify now is that if my SCH-I535 bootloader is unlocked so that I can install new custom rom from this forum. Anyone can help much really appreaciated. Thanks guys for those who will reply to this thread. P.S. I'm just a beginner.

If you have CWM installed and can boot into it, your bootloader is unlocked and you can install a custom ROM
Hello and good evening. My problem is that i rooted my phone around 4 months ago, to do that i had to install a custom recovery, which is TRWP, can't remember the version. Thing is, that i want to get my original recovery, so i can recieve the OTA for 5.1. I dowloaded some files from this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/4g-development/xt1039-moto-g-4g-stock-firmware-kxb21-t2805619 i got the brazilian firmware which is the one that is supossed to work with my phone. But in the files i see a recovery one, so my question is, should i follow the steps on the tutorial or i can flash just the recovery over the TRWP ? Thanks for your responses.

Flashing the complete stock firmware will overwrite your custom recovery with the stock one.
But you can also flash the stock recovery separately afterwards.
I know that Chainfire has stock recovery in his CF-AutoRoot files which will also replace the current recovery with the stock recovery.
Here is the CF-AutoRoot thread for your device: [KitKat] [Lollipop] Root XT1039/XT1040 CF-Auto-Root Peregrine By Chainfire by TheFixItMan.
If you need further help for your device, please register on xda and ask in the Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Good luck !
