I focused on the performance and tweaked the rom to its best!

I'm going to buy an One in the coming days, can you tell me if there are still missing features in Paranoid Android for HTC One like camera or something else? I guess this will be resolved at least on Wednesday when the "Google Edition" is released, right?

The problem is not only with this rom.. Its coming with my everyrom..
What I would say is.. Return to Stock Rom!

I don't feel responsible for any damage or brick due to flash this ROM, do so at your own risk!
Flash mode: copy the zip in your SD card, then do all the wipe (data/factory reset, wipe Dalvik cache, format /emmc and, if you want, format /system) then select "Flash zip from sdcard" with CWM. Don't do the wipes for FIXes or you'll delete the whole system!

I recommend: Governor SmartassH3, minfreq = 245/320MHz & maxfeq = 1008MHz and CFQ scheduler.

Now i'm busy with exams at the university, so i can't work on it right now... From September 20th I'm free until new lessons start so I'm working on the kernel to add OTG support (I hope to do it )

No, In this ROM battery percent drop is like 80, 70 60 ....
I use battery widget for proper percentage value

Everything is good except the sound recording in video mode. What might be the problem? Camera working well but sound is not recorded when video recording. Tried several camera apk's but the problem still persists. Thanks in advance for this great rom and also for the solutions for ma problem.

Hopeful fixes incoming.

Hi there, sorry I didn't respond to you in so long but I couldn't help on these projects at the time. Your issue with the camera is something I can solve and intend to re-port and upload it today since others have issues with it as well. I will update this post with the link when it's uploaded, but just to let you and others know that I may not be able to solve all the issues that exist since porting doesn't cure rom-related bugs.
I'll do what I can at least , since this rom is no longer supported in the source device forum so please understand and thank you for your patience.
Edit: Ok, it's finally done and here's the link to it separately from the OP: Re-ported HyperDroid AOXP Nonkexec. If any issue persists or develops, then let me know but keep in mind what I said earlier, thank you and enjoy!

Is it a change in camera apk and stuff or anything else? Will I be able to fix the issue by just extracting usefu from the re-port to my existing installation?

No trouble really and I just addressed the camera recording issue the most. I think simply wiping cache/dalvik and flashing the fixed rom zip should be enough to get things straitened out. If you still experience your aforementioned bugs or worse, then a clean installation will be needed.

[ROM+KERNEL] Uber CM-12.1---MOTO E [GCC 4.8 & 4.8]

This is a project that I have been working on for a little while. @shankky pmed me and wanted to take the build for a spin for his device, and we got to talking, and figured I may as well open a thread here for others to try if they want also. I'll take a look at it, but DEFINITELY no promises on this one. CameraNext, was really only designed for the Oneplus One. I just like the UI, and I think it's a cool camera app. Lol.

Performance is just awesome, I don't feel any lag, even games run very well, also, I too can test future builds for you if you want it Just let me know.

i just installed it, its very fast and smooth, i just wonder what kind of settings this kernel brings? with trickster mod there doesn't seems to be anything fancy other then LED control. no offence.
maybe you can elaborate on the kernels features? no soundcontrol? no custom governor etc? where can i find the Call Recording Setting? i think there is some information missing . Still, so far working smooth and fast, lets see if this will be getting even more awesome

I don't know if I'm gonna bother you posting a test build of 5.1 VexxoAOSP here, it has RIL not working but except that all is going fine (I'm working on a fix for that and watching some repos over here and over there).

Nah. You're good. No need to remove. What kernel source are you using? I'm actually not using AK kernel for the E. That was a typo. I copied over my post header from Bacon and forgot to remove the AK-Kernel part. Just removed it. I am using CM kernel. I already tried to compile w/ 4.9, but no dice, and I didn't feel like fixing up the kernel errors. Lol. I really just need to team up with a good kernel dev for the E and use his kernel like I have done on Bacon. I am compiling this build for like 5 devices now, and I don't really have time to develop each devices kernel lol. Would rather just ship it w/ a kernel that the dev has this device and has done testing and what not.

You here @RobbieL811, nice to see great devs over here as well Also, you can use 4.9 Uber on the Moto E Kernel, I tested on my SaberSunset builds and now on my AOSP builds, no error at all using default Kernel though, I haven't looked at AK sources for the E yet. I don't know if I'm gonna bother you posting a test build of 5.1 VexxoAOSP here, it has RIL not working but except that all is going fine (I'm working on a fix for that and watching some repos over here and over there).
ROM (Just to use for a bit or if you don't use your E frequently)
Any gapps 5.1 and most recent SuperSU.

RIL is working fine on single SIM model, tested in and out calls and SMS without any issues.
Everything is smooth and fluid, performance is awesome, great work!

Edit: Just a curious fact, in this ROM (And some other) incompatible apps like MC5 appears compatible, in stock (for example) isn't compatible, anyone knows what can cause it?

On Galactic's ROM.

I have used this ROM for a while and everything is working and I feel I am gonna stick to this as my daily driver.
Battery life is good. Overnight drain with data and WiFi off was 0%.
If possible can you add two more features
1. Expanded desktop QS
2. Notification ticker

One noob ques- now m on cm12.1, what if i twrp backup only data partition, flash this rom , and then restore data partition, will that do?? Coz it takes lot of time to set up all the apps over again...!!

Not working on Moto G4 Plus xt1641 stock Android Nougat 7.0 with ElementalX kernel.
When i try to boot up, the screen goes black or it starts to show artifacts.

I have a LG V20 TMobile, I'll give this beast a try later today. ?

Had to flash boot.img due to it being stick on logo screen. So don't know if it works or not. Any way to verify?

It did this on wiping dalvic cache.... Tried again but this time no wipe. Rebooted fine. But like started earlier I have no means of song if changes incurred. Can you please advise on something I can check to see if it sticked?
Disregard. I checked build.prop and it's in there at the very bottom. Gonna test it out thru out the day and see. Thanks for this!

not recommended to use snake oil mods. android does a great kob on its own handling things. well, nougat does anyway. update os would be a better idea. let android devs handle it

Agreed. Took off.... My speed was so so slow. My micro SD was doing weird stuff as in not showing up then showing up again.

Many of which are old, outdated, never really worked to begin with or are device specific. There are a couple that work no doubt like for removing the adb icon or multi-user but the rest I wouldn't bother with.

Uninstaller please... If it can't be provided, anyone know how and where to get it off? What files to check?

It will have modded your build.prop so look for any reference of this mod and remove it.

Have a look in your tmp folder for add_to_buildprop.sh and delete it, if it isn't there I don't know.
