[Q] sprint S4 root - General Questions and Answers

I have a Sprint S4 SPL-L720 It's 7 months old.
Build: KOT 49H L720VPUFNG2
Security software Ver. MDF v1.0 release 2
Firmware 4 4 2
Iv'e tried all mod strings with towel root with no luck. Is there anything current to root this phone. Iv'e looked at some videos but they are from 2013. Anything new going on? Thanks for any help.

Very interesting....
You can flash a custom recovery via Odin and then flash supersu.

Does anyone know how to Root Samsung Galaxy J7 (J700P)?

I see other threads for J700F/H/M etc.. But nothing for the J700P.
Same here. I need the root to disable the hotspot limit. But it doesn't seem like the J700P is recieving much attention.

first try to get TWRP for your phone and then flash Chainfire's SuperSu zip in recovery mode or check following website of developer if your phone is already supported and you can do without recovery
