Android 5.1 Lollipop Update Official Finally Arrived To India.
If you revived the Update Congo , But if Other Karbonn Sparkle V Users Who did not find the update coming on their device [OFFICIAL] :angel: can follow the simple steps which i did. :good: PS - It may or may not be possible for all users.
Steps Are as Follows :fingers-crossed:
1. Restart the phone.
2. Take a backup.
3. Do the Factory reset from Settings > Backup and Restore > Factory Reset Phone.
4. Add Your Personal Details.
5. Connect to A WIFI. [ Recommended - and Compulsory ]
6. Go to the Phone Settings > About Phone > and Check for the update.
And You Got the Update. :good::good:
You'll receive the Update, As it Worked For me. :victory:

Phone not getting started after update
Hi,
Yesterday I tried to update my Karbonn Sparkle V OS to 5.1, but after installation my phone is not booting. I tried to start in recovery mode but nothing happened.
Can you please help me with this.

I had a problem with the power button of my phone , the people who fixed my phone (the retailer where i bought the phone) did a factory reset for some reason , but the fixed the button issue , now the phone is working fine but the android version when i got the phone was 4.4.3 , and there was only the update to android 4.4.4 , so i updated it , and i checked for new updates , i didn't get the lollipop (although before fixing the phone I received the lollipop update and installed it )

no it's the same phone (i know from the scratches)
hi everyone .
i have a HTC one M8 . when i bought it , it had android 4.4.4 version ,
then android 5.0.1 came for it .
after that i unlocked the device and flashed TWRP recovery on it .
same program automatically rooted my device after performing a full back up ,
few days ago 4.24.709.2 update came for my phone . but when i want to install it phone restarts and goes to bootloader . i tried to install the update with TWRP , but it couldn't . i recovered my full back up and unrooted the device and also re locked my phone . but same as before it goes to bootloader and i cant install this update .
please help me fix this issue .

I got a update on my Zenfone 5 A501CG[lollipop 5.0] On 31 May'15 . But The Update Failed with a Error In Android System Recovery
Things I have tried:-
~Factory Reset
~Wipe Cache Partition
~Manually Downloaded Firmware From Official Site[But got The Same Error Again]
I have Attached Images of The Error I m Getting
Please Respond With A Helpful Solution.I ll be Highly Thankful
PS-I have fully Unrooted My android[Which was previously Rooted] Including BusyBox,Locked Bootloader

As far as my opinion you are facing this issue because you have rooted the cellphone in past.
But brother - After unroot the device you can make fool of service center peoples but you can't fool android system.
Hope you understand what i am trying to say.
So just go to service center and get update.
i'm on b128 how can i update to android 5.1.1 via OTA , you can tell me if there another way to update.

Agreed. But its suggested to update to B130 first as this is stated in huawei official manual on the build number upgradable.
i m B128 user also. I have been gathering lots of info from different version users to make sure the upgrade is perfect. I've read that some users upgrade directly from B128 to B324 which then turn into nightmare and forced to return to kitkat to re-upgrade again by correct sequence. Now that i have upgraded to 5.1.1 following the correct sequence without having any issue and it works like charm!!
So the correct sequence is B128>>B130>>B324. Use the link given by our friend above to download all the files u need

alright thank you and that's what im doing now
i followed this sequence B128>>B130>>B324 but i face problems
-shuffling icons its look like google stock roms
-when i tried to format factory it wont and keep telling me "failed"
-i tried also to re-install b324 but its failed
what should i do now! i fed up :crying:

Check this thread out. Some people have updated directly while some did the steps of each individual update. http://forum.xda-developers.com/mate-7/general/official-android-lollipop-update-tl09-t3214970 just remember to factory reset after update for optimal performance
Hi All,
Have s6 SM-G920F international model. now my brother accidentally try wrong attempts in pin to unlock the phone. so phone got locked. and i give to guy who unlock the phone and after that i am not able to get official update . so have decided to install official stock firmware. details are below. when phone is return back to me have below version.
Old firmware :-
G920FXXU1AOCY 5.0.2 Lollipop, Initial release on 3/29/2015 for EE only.
New firmware which i try using ODIN :-
G920FXXU3QOJF Galaxy S6 SM-G920F 5.1.1 Stock Firmware -- This firmware is officially released on November 2015 for EE UK Galaxy S6 alone.Build date: October 12, 2015.
Got success in above firmware , PASS is result in ODIN.
But when phone reboot after this ,after erasing screen appear then it hang on logo screen. have waited around 20 mins but nothing happen. Have tried recovery mode also via wipe cache / factory reset , no change in result.
Have again try to install G920FXXU1AOCY but got sof rev fail in ODIN .
Have tried samsung switch for software update it's successful but when phone reboot it again stop there at logo screen.
In recovery mode -- G920FXXU3QOJF this show on top.
I don't whether phone was root or not as guy says he just unlock the phone. got this from UK .
Can anyone please help which firmware will now work on this case ? how to solve this issue.
Please help me as i mess up with my phone which work great before .

Is there any firmware which work on all unlock or root phone for this model ? the above step from 5.0.2 have installed 5.1 is correct step ? i am working this phone from india,before doing this firmware update my sim card work properly. as phone was already unlock or rooted (not sure here whether it's rooted or not but sure as it's unlocked phone) as i can see EE apps in phone. please help me . it's hurt me on my decision to do this upgrade and create mess. :crying:
