Problem - I have a Onda tablet V719 that has its pattern locked. I don't know the pattern to unlock, nor do I remember the google account information to unlock it. USB debugging is NOT turned on so I cannot reach it via ADB, and it's not setup as a disk drive so simply attaching to a PC isn't a solution either.
Possible Solution - After lots of research, I've found a possible solution where I A - Mount and storage>> Mount Everything>> Mount System>> Mount data>>Mount afs>>Mount Preload>>Mount SDcard>> Mount ExternalSD>> go back>> Install zip from SDcard>>Choose zip from external SDcard and install Aromafm in Android System Recovery.
Reason the above is not working - I've downloaded each file, placed them on a micro SD card via an adapter, and put them into the phone. After booting into the recovery console and going to the Update via SD Card option, I do not see any of the files on the SD card. I've gone as far as to boot the phone into recovery without the SD card installed and I literally see the same data. in short - I cannot get the SD card files to show up in the recovery console (this is a stupid problem to have and I'm hoping I'm just missing something).

i've got this weird problem after following some cache partition to use as RAM through swapper2.i enabled some of features like same mound and some others' now after sometime i am not able to MOUNT SD CARD THROUGH PHONE...
my sd card is working fine i checked it using card reader i formatted SD card and phone both flashed ROM tried all of settings as per my knowledge un-installed the app (swapper2) and also did perform factory reset.i've also tried mounting sd card from recovery though no response.
my data cable is properly working and also the USB port of my PC
though my pc isn't mounting my sd card... i am using same OS as before and didn't change anything.
PLEASE help me with this and provide solution ASAP if in your knowledge i will be help ful
NOTE: when i connect phone with PC in USB connection icon it shows (...) in connected device.
CAUTION: i've tried all simple solutions and PC troubleshooting so please don't mess thread with those solutions.

I have a htc wildfire s device running a custom rom based on CM11 kitkat developed by developer oliver and the ROM does not seem to have an option to unmount the sdcard. I have very limited resources at hand, so cannot use the desktop pc to partition my sdcard and want to unmount the sdcard for the same purpose. I intend to use the AParted application to perform the partition but, it need the sdcard be unmounted. So can anyone guide me how to unmount the sdcard from the android terminal or any other way from the phone itself.
P.S : As I said I don't have the option of unmounting sdcard in the storage settings, and also to be noted that I can't use the partitioning tools on the desktop, as I don't have a card reader.

I have android kitkat, which is OS with has disabled function of moving app data (obb files) to external SD card. My device is Huawei Ascend G620S-L01 (same as Honor 4 Play). I have root. I am browsing this and other forums for 2 days. Clean master says that my device does not allow to move apps to SD. Other app says that there is no need to move apps, because sd card is shared (wtf?). Then I tried mounting (Foldermount) and many other mount programs, but they do not function (app misses its data and tries to download them again). I tried to reboot, I checked if the files are really mounted etc. I tried also SD unlockers. I must be doing something wrong or what. Please help me. Thank you

Link2sd works fine, but does only what stock tools do - transfer the small part of the app, not the obb. There are some more tools at the bottom, but they need two separate partitions on my SD. I will try to create them.
EDIT: Link2sd is not supposed to move obb files, and that is actually what I need.
EDIT2: My phone has also emulated SD card, may this somehow influence the problem?
EDIT3: I really think it has something to do with the emulated SD card, because I tried another app - root all data2sd, which creates its own partition, and should create it on SD card. In my mobile, it creates partition on emulated SD.

Okay guys, I am feeling so stupid, 3 days of trying and everything, HUAWEI HAS AN OPTION FOR IT I just had to switch SD card as main memory, and *it works*, I moved all data to sd card and it works. No root was needed. No app needed. You can close this thread.
Hello, I have a Jiayu G4S phone (1GB RAM/4GB ROM version). It has android 4.2.2 and by default it uses only external SD micro card for saving files (photos, music, ebboks, downloads from internet,...). Internal memory is used for installing apps, but that can be changed to external memory. I used to have SD micro card inserted and everthing worked ok. But then my SD card reader stopped recognizing SD card. I sent phone back for repair, but they did not repair it (although they say they did). I tried different cards in phone, but they don't work. Some are not recognized at all, some are recognized with message, that SD card is corrupted and I should try formatting. When I try formatting, nothing happens. I tried MTK Eingineer Mode - SD card test...but it says there is no card in phone. Is there anything else I could do to fix that myself?
Because if I send it back again I will have to be without phone for another month or two and I can't do that...
I was also thinking - is there a possibility I could make my phone save files to internal memory instead of external SD card?

Im facing problem with my sdcard, actually my partitioned sdcard ws full frm link2sd so i thought to clean up, nd that time on minitool partition wizard i messed up my sdcard, now i cant apply any changes on sdcard it showing 'bad disk' when i apply amy changes nd aftr once remove card reader nd plug again my both partitions show again. Nd applying changes it again show bad disk.
I tried chkdsk bt it cant access
When i put sdcard first it shows two parts one is unformatted disk second is internal rom which is for apps, but it is still full,
On pc windows cant detect it, i cn see it in disk management but cant format, i cant change its file system nd cant departition.
I dont want my data back, i hv backup
Bt tell me how to fix it..
