[Q] Issues mounting USB storage within CWM

Hello Knowledgeable XDA members,
I have been playing around with a few roms flashing here and there, and went to flash one today and during the process of wiping I formatted my SD card which had the rom on it. I attempted to mount from mount/storage then mount USB storage. It didn't recognize it at first cause I didn't have the drivers(work computer), I installed KIES cause I remember this resolved the issue before. Now the 2 removable disks shows up in my computer, but always says: Please insert a disk into Drive X:. Currently on CWM 2.5.1.3 and I don't have a micro SD usb adapter otherwise I would have just gone that route. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
Managed to get this resolved while researching, used ADB to push the rom file and installed it via clockwork

[Q] SD Card Not Recognising

Somebody please help
All of a sudden my sd card stopped detecting. It is not getting detected in Android and CWM Recovery. I even tried installing stock JB again, but it is still not getting recognized, but the sd card recognized when connected to pc (no through phone but through card reader), even tried different sd cards same result.
Please help
I think your sd card is not getting mounted on the phone..

Probably your SD card tray/slot is damaged.

Try full re formatting
and make sure it is in "FAT32" File System
and like other friend said tray might have been damaged .. so try with different sd cards
if nothing works take it to the service centre

SD card Issues

Hello every one i got this phone doogee dg310 before couples of days.
Everything is fine just one a little problem. When i put my external sd card its working. Than i try to plug phone via usb and transfer file to sd card everything is good but after 3 time connecting to pc and doing file tranfer and when i disconnect from pc i got problem. I am try to open any of files explorer and its get crash. and I am trying restart phone nothing helps. And even when i try put another card is the same. But the strange thing is that when i formating my sd card with computer and put back to phone is working fine and another card working fine until iam using file tranfer with usb 3 times. Phone andorid is kitkat 4.4.2 Maybe you know how to solve it ?
You haven’t mentioned about the storage capacity of your SD card. If your phone can support 32 GB then I suggest you to use 16 GB SD card. Try to connect your SD card with another PC and try again.
My phone spports 32 gb cards and mine card is 4 gb. Maybe its kitkat fault because i read that another people have similar problems with sd card and they are using a kitkat android.
I am trying to use sd card adapter and its the same problem and when this problem apear no sd card working until format, it even show that not sd card are turned on even internal.

I think it's crushed. Use a windows 7 based PC and connect sd card to it . Press format on the pop up menu and also press recover bad sectors . In most cases it will fix your problem . Search on internet for any mem. card repair tool and that might be help you .

[Completed] Internal Storage got disconnected while formatting!

Hello Everyone!
I have been using the Samsung Galaxy S II (Intl) for over 3 years now. Hence I decided to move all my data on my phone to my PC and format the Internal and External SD Cards. The External SD Card went well, but while formatting the Internal SD Card, Windows could not complete the format, most probably because the phone got disconnected midway. (I was not present; I kept it for formatting and went away, when I came back the phone was switched off; the ROM must have crashed for some reason). Thus, my phone is now not able recognise my Internal Storage (even Titanium Backup cannot detect it). When I connect it to the PC, the error displayed is "No disk in drive. Please insert a disk in the drive".
My phone is working fine with all apps working fine, and app data intact (I have taken a Titanium Backup on the SD Card anyway). But there is no Internal SD Card for the apps to use.
What can be the possible solution to this problem?
Is it possible to format the entire Internal hard disk and repartition it? In that case, will I be able to enter download mode and install a ROM? In case I have to repartition it, what are the different partitions by default and what is their default size?
Please Help!!

(Help) Memory card not detecting - Moto G3 Turbo

Hi Mates,
I don't know if I am posting at the right section, guide me if I am posting it wrongly.
I am seeking help on Moto G3 Turbo (Stock - Not rooted ), which I have been using for a month now. Memory card was working perfectly. - I use it as an internal storage.
But last night I used cache cleaner app and cleaned cache.
After the cache got cleaned, after few minutes, I got the pop stating, please reinsert your memory card. Since them I have already restarted & reinserted my phone for 30+ times.
Tried to put that memory card on a samsung device, it says memory card has some unsupported files, I must format it before using it. ( which I dont want to )
Can anyone tell me what I have messed and how I can fix this. Will be thankful to you.
First, you should post in Q/A and Help Section
Maybe your SD card is corrupted.
But you should try this first.
Attach memory card on computer.
On Windows
Right Click on Memory Card Drive Goto Properties > Tools > Disk Checkup
It will check for any problems (if any) and after it is completed, your memory card will be working.
If above method fails, try EaseUS Data Recovery to get all (almost) the files on memory card out in the computer, then format it.
If memory card partition is not detected, reinsert the card into the phone and download an app called 'Aparted' and try to format from there.(Last and Final Option from my point of view )
Your card should now be working fine
