Sorry, I didn't have time to do it earlier, lots of work to do I've just finished the flashable zip with all the files and double checked to see if my script was deleting all the .odex files properly. It is currently uploading on Mega, 10% so far.

Omg, I didn't expect that to happen ! The phone I use and the file used come with the G800F variant, and I have no problems with the apps, never had any force closes. Maybe this means that the 800H roms use differents apks ? That sounds weird, because the apk should all be the same, regardless of the processor.
Maybe one of you guys could upload your system dump for the G800H ? I'll have a look into them and test them with my phone.

my playstore is broken
Is this supposed to work on a rooted htc explorer? I still have the stock rom on it. Since i downloaded and installed play store has been force closing every 2 seconds. So i had to uninstall it. Nd now i feel empty without it. :crying: Reinstalling it doesnt work either.

I've just installed this Google Play Store APK v3.10.10 and all works fine. Don't uninstall old version. Just install this version.

Hi all I tried searching and googling and couldn't find the answer or someone else having my problem. When I try to add a new contact I get the error "Re-enable the people application to use this feature" simple enough right? The only issue is I do not have a People app in my app settings or app drawer. Any ideas? Can anyone post the apk if possible? Really clueless as to how this happened. Phone info: rooted 4.4.2 w/ busy box and xposed framework w/ gravity box.

Hi,
You have deleted or disabled the contact app...?
In Settings/Apps/All see if you have Contacts or go to the disabled tab and see if the Contacts app is there, if yes re-enabled it...
If deleted, take a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=50542791, I posted some flashable zip file for the Contacts app.

It's not in there, only Contacts Storage and it's not on the disabled apps either; first thing i checked actually. Flashing your odexed contacts.zip Will update shortly. Thanks for the help.

I've deodexed the APK using Universal Deodexer
Disclaimer:
- I don't own a GooPhone i5S or any similar Phone !

Dude, push the APK into "System/App" and give it a "rww" permission.
My Note 2 will be up for running again and when I finished testing I will update the post.

The .Dex file is missing from the apk so something went askew with the deodexing of it that's why it doesn't do anything after install guys

The odex file should have been been with the system dump after you converted that system img originally and then after you deodex all it does is mod the odex file to be inside the apk as a classes.dex file

I was flashing a zip on my htc evo 4g and after flashing it my phone got into a boot loop i have taken a backup but i can't restore it because it gives me error unable to write to ums lunfile(no such file or directory) i cant open my recovery because if i open it goes again in boot loop
WHEN I OPEN recovery open after that i can't restore or mount or do anything.

Okay thanks, but since i tried to install it from @dack23 thread i can't anymore successfully copy any files :S Tried root browser and root explorer it gives an error no matter what i try to copy now :/ Tried everything till yet, and don't know how to get my backup back :/

Your case is so strange maybe you have root problems and need to reflash the whole rom... but it's easier if you try to root again I guess.

Hmm, thanks for your help since it has nothing to do with you but strange that it started happening today :/ I have tested root with other apps and everything is allright, it is really strange root browser copies almost all of the file but files on the last few KB or MB, and root explorer fails at the first few KBs :/

I guess that It'll only work on stock odexed mate, even in an odexed custom rom you can try it.

I've tried now ES file explorer with root permissions and it says "permissions denied" :/
Anyway i am waiting till someone makes a flashable zip for odexed, @op thanks for the great work and effort

Aww that's sad anyways, I'm trying to make the Gallery works but OMG!! There's so much libraries I need to replace they could mess my phone, I'm a little scared about it.

That is clean masters thing ... Just see the options in the app and remove it.
