Well, I just pulled the GooPhone i5S Launcher from this by following this.
I've deodexed the APK using Universal Deodexer
Disclaimer:
- I don't own a GooPhone i5S or any similar Phone !
- I have not tested it yet since my Note II is actually unusable !
- Doesn't work on my Note 8.0
- No guarantee it will work !

Dude, push the APK into "System/App" and give it a "rww" permission.
My Note 2 will be up for running again and when I finished testing I will update the post.

The odex file should have been been with the system dump after you converted that system img originally and then after you deodex all it does is mod the odex file to be inside the apk as a classes.dex file

Your package hasn't been setup correct.
You need to repack it without the svoice folder in the root directory.

Its working now .. thank you
Am I right in saying that if I just repackage the zip file without the s voice folder part it should work?
Or is it easier to just copy the files across to the relevant system folder? Which files or just all of them?
The other s voices in have tried don't work fully, hoping this one is different!

In root explorer ,go into /system/app,
then rename the file “GoogleQuickSearchBox.apk” to “GoogleQuickSearchBox.bak”.
Now, download the Google Now APK file
signed_velvet-voicereco.apk
Copy the “signed_velvet-voicereco.apk” file to your device’s SD card.
Go into Settings » Security on your device and enable “Unknown sources” so that you can install apps from the SD card.
using Root Browser (or any other file manager app), navigate to where you copied the apk file (/sdcard will be the default location in most cases). Tap on the file, select Install to begin installing Google Now.
You can now use Google Now on your device by clicking on the Google or Search icon in the apps menu.

Wich file explorer do u use?
does your file explorer has root access?
if yes so go to /data/data/com.kermidas.TitaniumBackup and in this folder should be the .lib file.
this is the folder from your old TitaniumBackup so delete the whole folder and try it again to install.

Had same problem with LG G3 and solved. Thanks.
picking up an old thread because i have the same problem.
only - the remedy here didn't work for me.
there WAS some remnants of an old install at /data/data/com.kermidas.TitaniumBackup. i killed it, but no jive.
still - "application not installed."
any other pointers?
i am also have the same problem
all files and folders wich name have words "titanium" or "keramidas" deleted from data\app, data\app-lib, data\data
i leave just a folder with backups on sd
but it don't have effect, still can't install
well, i don't remember what exactly i did to get it to work, but i succeeded. one of these:
- version 7.2.0 worked for me
- update busybox
- delete all the tibu data folders (as you've done).
fyi - i'm on cm12.1.

Here is a short way for renaming app package. Just follow the instructions below
1 . Rename the app *.apk => *.zip
2 . Open zip file from winrar (if it is a system app do not extract it )
3 . Extract resources.arsc from the zip and open it using note pad .
4 . You can see something like com.***.***** . It is the app package name and change it into your own (like com.+++.++++) .
Note :- You must count the letters in com.***.**** and fill it as the same number of letters using spaces .
5 . Save file and add this file into the old ****.zip file by dragging . (If you completely extracted the ***.zip file then you need to sign it again.)
6 . Rename ***.zip to ***.apk .
Enjoy your work
