Recently I was given for free a Teclast P80c4 from a 20 years old boy that got it bricked. :

I charged it with 2-3 different chargers, but doesn't even show the battery charging symbol onscreen.
My laptop (Lenovo E530, win7 enterprise edition) does not recognize ANYTHING (no connect/disconnect sounds, neither android device, nor usb storage).
I tried holding the power button for 20 sec......nothing happened.
I tried power and vol+/- and USB connect.....still nothing.
The young boy told me that:
in command prompt sent the command flashboot bootloader ! ! !
I really don't understand lot of things.
I just know it's bricked and charged.
因为 it looks new and unused, can you help me bring it back to life (rom, flashboot, drivers) and use it for my own?
I searched here:
teclast.com
tools
pad
pad.php
but under the ID:8V9K I found NOTHING ! ! !
Thank you.

I am currently working on a app that will come up on a galaxy y that when the usb cable is connected, will launch the OS.
The device will be run from a cigarette lighter which gives enough power to sustain it when the app is on, BUT theres one big issue, if I dont use the car for a while the battery will obviously run down in 2 or 3 days, and when the energy returns, the app will not be able to start again by itself.
So i searched and tried thousands of solutions to make the device starts when the power AC is on, instead of stuck on the battery sprite screen...
I know we have this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1815131 from last year
but in that case, the guy have fastboot to use its commands to modify the bootloader args, but within my research i have found that we dont have fastboot on samsung devices, just odin mode...
So the question is: is there any way to modify the bootloader, or put a bootloader that have this feature via odin?
Help requested before I am carried away to the funny farm.
I flashed the wrong rom ( phone instead of tablet ) and completely screwed up. Tablet charges OK but only boots to first splash screen and then powers off. Unfortunately this device does not have a external volume control so unable to do a standard get out of jail sequence. According to info I have found if I put the power swith to lock and press reset button for 30 seconds then plug into pc device should be found and windows will ask for a driver. So far so good, windows 8.1 would not load any android driver that I could find so had a thought and created a windows 7 live usb stick and hey presto when I plugged into pc tablet found and Android composite adb interface installed. BUT I still can not do anything with it. ADB can not see device (i presume because it is switched off ? )
I do have the manufacturers rom to get back to basics and nothing on tablet that I am bothered about so could any of you kind experts offer any suggestion as to how I can get rom onto device or is it a case of the BIG hammer and joining the ghost riders in the sky.
I have also tried RKAndroidBatchUpgrade and that seems to find the device but fails the test before flashing.
Many thanks in advance if anyone can assist
Keith

Hi,
some weeks ago I just took my Lumia 1020 out of my pocket and noticed that the led was always on and the screen was fully off. I connected it to the computer and it got recognised (although locked). I rebooted, reset it, drained the battery, reloaded the firmware through the Windows Phone Recovery Tool but no luck.
As soon as I connect it, the LED turns on and the screen stays off.
The only difference that I noticed is that the home button (Windows logo) turns on shortly after draining the battery and reconnecting the phone to the charger / computer again.
Have you got any idea?
Thank you as always
When just the Windows button is alight, you have to charge the Lumia. Try a 2000mA charger, e.g. from a Samsung device. Have it charged several hours and post your experience. Maybe you also have to physically disconnect the battery. Tools are required (Torx 4 or 5).

Hi,
I did this, I also disconnected the battery. No luck.
I am trying to find a reason why the LED stays always on, I don't find any explanation on Google
Thanks for you reply by the way, it is hard to find help for Nokia phones.
Hi,
is the phone detected by device manager if connected to your computer? If it appears as Qualcomm somewhat device, change the driver to Nokia Emergency. Use WPInternals or thor2.exe (command line!) from WDRT folder. When you use thor2.exe without arguments, you can pipe the output into a helpfile. Look for emergency mode in the help file. Download required emergency files from Lumiafirmware.com.
Good luck!

Hi,
thanks, I will try and will let you know
Thanks!
I hate to trouble everyone here with this, but i've tried everything and you lot seem awfully smart with these kind of things
my phone's a P8 lite and kind of worn. the volume and power buttons are gone, usb debugging is on, i can still interact with the buttons with something sharp
i restart it regularly w adb but this time it got stuck in fastboot mode, my computer recognizes it as "fastboot 2.0", it has the code 28 error (drivers for this device are not installed) and i'm just. stuck on what to download
if it helps, the devices under Android Device all raise code 10 (The device cannot start)
i've tried downloading the drivers for my device, no luck
[EDIT]: nvm i figured it out, typing it out helped in a way, cheers
Hello,
i have a big problem with an Allview windows 10 tablet, during windows 10 reset i got a blue screen and my tablet got stuck into a boot loop restarting after windows logo appears. It didnt boot from windows usb stick that i made with rufus in multiple ways with different settings and when i was trying to get it boot from usb i accidentally disabled XHCI or EHCI from bios ,the attached keyboard does not respond, otg cable connected keyboard does not respond, touch not working.
Any solution will be greatly appreciated,
Thank you.
The only option I can suggest is to open it up, desodder the battery (as it's soldered to the motherboard). Wait for a couple of minutes (maybe even hours) and then solder the battery back in and see if the BIOS has been reset.
This may work similarly to taking out the CMOS battery and putting it back in.
I can provide you with this info as I've just stumbled upon your post having the same issue as you. I haven't yet tried this method as I don't have the tools required to desolder the battery right now but I'll post an update as soon as I can to let you know if it worked.
There's also a debug header available on the board but no resources online on how to use it.
