Hello Folks ..
Today I Found One More Interesting Rom Working For Micromax Canvas 2 .
It's JellyBean 4.1.2
This is the Rom of ZOPO ZP950's. I Patched it With Cynus JB & Got it Boot on Our Phone.
Bugs:
It feels laggy
Download : UPDATE_4.1.2_MMX_A110 [CWM FLASHABLE]
Installation Instructions :
-Download Zip
-Copy to your sdcard
-Reboot to recovery
-Wipe/data factory reset
-wipe cache
-Select & install the zip file
-Reboot after it finishes installation

Not much of a difference.. but one major, i believe.
You can use one-finger gestures to expand/collapse notifications rather than two which is pretty much convenient.. Other than that, its much the same.
Anyways, kudos DEV! hope you come up with a bugless and fast ROM..

Since I'm fed up wit downloading all the app again as cwm is a bit buggy..plz don't forget to paste the link of this thread in the all roots thread...btw are the transition more fluent then the stock from? Asking this because our stock rom is very week when it cms to gpu related stuff like pop up player and transitions even a100 is better in this region

Could you please upload the ROM in a flashable zip? Preferably pre-rooted, deodexed and zipaligned.
And one more question, does the H/W buttons work or we have to use the on-screen buttons? And can they be disabled?

Even i also doubted on that & I checked build.prop & it's build finger-print before posting it here and it was 4.1.2...

Hey Sam you from lg500 forum who was porting HTC ROM to lg p500 right??? Nice to have you here... my question.... is this ROM for dual sim.. ??? I mean it recognise both the sim slot???

Memory Leak Issue
In 4.1.2 has the memory leak issue is it fixed in this Custom ROM

No network for Vodafone,... tried chaning slots
EDIT: Vodafone not coming on either / cynus t2 also, some othe problem may be

This is an direct installation...no port has been made for it or any special tweaks applied to make it for celkon a200 indian version...but anyways it has been found working on the celkon a200 device with no problems....

Steps for flashing Celkon A200 Stock ROM:-
1) Download the Below file
2) extract it
3) Now Install the mediatek drivers (download from any site, Google it)
4) Open flash tool->select scatter loading file from image folder.
5) next press download.
6) Wait for two minutes and its done.....Enjoy.

Every 2 days i used to check for JB ROM for Celkon 200..finally i got tired..
For 10 days i dont check and there they are...3 ROMs..

then i unzipped it..it looked like a nandroid backup.. then tried to restore from CWM..Error restoring system??????

I have flashed thunderzap and Swift-Li **LewaOS 5**, TURBO Zet™ v2.0. My phone dosent turn on at all.
The phone just shows the bootlogo forever.
i have no backups and also "i uninstalled a camera app using gemeini" from then on i am facing the problem
Please help me

first be specific and mention your problem correctly and before posting so search creating threds wont help searching and trying itself will help
and swift li lewa os 5 gets a boot loop after thunderzap because its not been modified for lewa os
and what about turbozet??
download a new rom and flash it your boot loop will disapper!!

Can someone help me out with this problem too? I bought a A110Q device on monday and went about rooting the phone with the sp flashing tool. I then proceeded to flash the "SUVI" rom. The installation part went fine too but it wouldn't move past the boot animation screen. I am also not able to get into the recovery mode after flashing. I also tried flashing "RAYNE" rom but that too didn't move beyond the animation screen.
PS - does it matter that my phone has the 6589 chipsets? most solutions that I have seen belong to the 6577 chipsets.

Yes of course A110q has MTK MT6589M Chipset different from a110
and roms of a110 doesnt work on your device ...

HOW TO INSTALL
Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)
Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM
Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.
Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES
Reboot.
THINGS TOBE NOTED
First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
After the boot logo (boot logo may look as if its stucked)
blank screen is seen its not hanged.
wait until it boots.
Phone reboot once inbetween so dont worry.

Have kk base currently on android L rom.
Happy to have cynogenmod test to our device..
First thing i noticed is... its not rooted... though the op says it & it has superuuser in system/apps.. checked with root checker too. When tried to boot in recovery it booted in factory test mode... rebooted.
Installed rootmaster to get root access.
Then installed flashify..
Flashify showed filz recovery as current.. booted in philz recovery through flashify..
Tried to flash the rom again..
Same result.
I think something wrong with my device.. can it be becoz of uboot flashing??
Will try one more kk rom to confirm.
BTW.. all basic things working..
Wifi- google sync-:thumbup:
Wanted to test some more things but feeling sleepy now..
Also the rom is not deodexed.

i badly want stock deodexed kk rom. hopefully he'll continue to try.

Great job avi bro, I'm sure you'll be able to make actual CM. Devs are able to make CM11 for Micromax A116. Still few bugs, but are successful to a great extent.

No.. The flashing was normal, no such instructions/ requests, phone booted normally, yes hut for first flash it directly booted .. Without one time wizard.. It didn't asked for google account.
But for the second try one time initiation happened normally. With req for google account & all.. Rather than this diff the issue of no root was same...
One more thing Do you use Airtel sim???
After flash I get service providers name as Airtel though 'm using idea. It turns to idea after some time.

Please check the file u have downloaded.
Try to open it in windows, see if its throwing any error.
Already so many people downloaded, as always no one is replying so just try redownloading.

Already downloaded two times and i extracted succesfuly to test it...it didnt gave any error...
In all three recovery it showed some symlinks error....whats that.
Can it be due to system partition.

If the downloaded zip is ok then nothing else which should give u this error.

Yes avi bro it was due to system app..now installed it sucessfully.

How to successfully flash it???

Dialer patch not working, couldnt pick up any calls....other than than no problems...unfortunately twrp backup showed some problems.....couldnt restoring previous recovery.
This rom has very smooth performance. Fast and quick
.. However camera is not than good....the image quality is bad at the corners...

How to solve incoming call problem confused?

The ROM is amazing.. Just the Dialer problem.. Everything is buttery smooth . . thanks sirji

bro any update on dialer as not able to recive incoming call and patched also not workes.

Hi Mujaid/Avi,
I am trying to flash this rom on S007_KK build and getting the same symlink errorfor both Note 4 & Iocean v7 rom
Please find the partition details
System : 750MB
Cache : 126MB
Data : 4GB
SD card : 9.6GB
Please let me know how to get rid of this Symlink error.
