HI!!!! Guys here the cyanogen mod 7.1 rom ported by me for micromax A60. Cyanogen mod is one of the most popular Android ROMs in the world.
It is
IT IS Android 2.3.5
Remember- Your phone must be rooted & have custom recovery must be installed.
Q1 How to flash????
A1 place it in sdcard
2 wipe everything
3 flash the rom!!!!

CM7 now got the usb fix........ usb getting detected in pc, working fine

for sd card move vold files in system>>etc frm 2.1 to 2.3...... ( plz search of vold as i dono exact place)

What's d USB fix??? Is thr any new link with this b4 i download d rom??? or it's already thr in th above link???
By the way this time I am back with A70 full flasher.. like I posted for A60... jst hv to test it thn i'll share with community....
My idea is to load AMSS.mbn file after flashing to get the baseband back and network working.. currently it doesn't show any baseband...

no friend usb fix is not in the zip.... i hv got the usb fix only on my device.....but aftr getting fix problems are occuring related to sd card getting undetected.... to make usb detectable replace the vold files from etc and bin folder with that in n720 zip... and usb debugging will start working and we'll become able to get logcat via ddms but problem is then sd card stops working

@fonehackezhs :- I was giving a try to your Cynogen mod 7 rom, every thing worked as posted by you. But after I restored my earlier rom through nandroid backup, my audio is not working.
I have also installed the stock rom using android downloader, but still audio is not working.
Could someone help me, regarding this???

this kernel is of no use to a60... i hv flashed this kernel in n720 port for a60 but aftr micromax logo got stucked on coloured lines...

@amansingh6940 I am able to boot up using 2.6.32 kernel from ZTE N720. what i did was first install the cynogenmod 7 rom of fonehackezhs, then install the said kernel using android download tool. the coloured lines are there for a short time but then its boots up. In setting also the kernel version is howing as 2.6.32.9-perf [email protected]#2830-.
But no network and other things, only screen is working...

that's great then i'll give a look on that kernel again.. maybe i hv got stucked on colored lines due to kernel but by something in rom....
and network didn't work because u flashed new kernel but the baseband in that cm7.zip is still of a60... so hv to replace that too to get network working....
i think just have to do a little research and with this new kernel cm7 will get fixed within this week... because wifi is tough to fix but with kernel wifi also started giving little response.. and bluetooth is already working in n720.zip... so i think aftr replacing baseband files of n720 with cm7.... we r done...lolz... soundzzz easy... but still tuff little

Hello brother the rom refused to boot left it for 5hours it will show the Huawei logo and after a while vibrate and still remain that way after 4 hours of waiting the back light came on but it still remained on the Huawei logo am using gionne elite e3 Indian firmware

no its not working in gionee e3 (running Chinese firmware), tried restoring boot, but of no use....
waited for 45 min...no go...please provide approx time, will be useful...
but MeROM worked fine for me, after restoring boot....
Most of the ROM's for XOLO Q800 ,FLY IQ446 should be working for Gionee E3 after restoring boot......

See thats because the RAMDISK of the boot.img has been edited by me.. and a framework has been added to the bootclasspath ... if you want this ROM to work.. you will also have to edit your boot.img init.rc and recompile...

Please READ XDA DEVELOPERS RULES AND FAQ ( for developers by developers.!) ... i am being nice.. go ask some other dev and they ll shove you off or wont even reply.. so dont ask until u know.. and other thing.. i never spoke like this to much senior dev/rd/rt.. if they say they are busy means they are busy..! and yea google is the key .. no one is being spoon fed..how else do you think many have learnt stuff..if you just type Mt6589 Porting tips or guide in google.. you will find hundreds of guides..shear laziness.... and yea find the tools your self.. here is what you gotta do .. replace the bootclasspath of boot.img init.rc with port one.. and no is obliged to help you .. hell not even to reply to this... and i dont care what exams you have or not.. what will i do if the rest of the world has,, i have to mind my own stuff..

Use SP Tool to flash the cwm img file to phone..then go to recovery mode... [volume + and power button ] ... Install zip from sd card...done..reboot

Hi i love this IBerry Auxus Nuclea X phone specs and although i have not bought it yet i am thinking to buy it soon but i always like to have the following thing in the phone i.e stock recovery, twrp recovery/clockworkmod recovery,stock ROM and if possible cynogenmod ROM but thats not important can you make those request if so i would be willing to pay 1000-2000 indian rupee (Negotiable) for it if you want romdump or anything i am willing to provide it to you that is after i buy the phone if you cant can you provide me with any member who does this work thank you for your time........

Phone isnt hard bricked... you should be able to get it back with successful flashing itself.... Try format + DOwnload method

Android Tweaker 2 works on the phone. There is an option in it for fonts. Try Installing it!

HOW TO INSTALL
Use custom KK recovery from here.
I prefer [CWM Advanced Edition] PhilZ Touch 6.57.9 - cwm 6.0.5.1.
(Internal sd-card refereed as sdcard00, external as sdcard01)
Download rom zip file.
Put into sd card.
Flash the desired recovery.
Boot into recovery.
BACKUP CURRENT ROM
Wipe for flash of new rom.
Or wipe data/system/delvic cache/cache.
Select Install From SD (Internal or External)
Select the zip file and Select YES
Reboot.
THINGS TOBE NOTED
First boot takes time 3-5 mins so be patient.
wait until it boots.
After first boot ignore any systemui fc​

im a fan on coloros rom..i ve ported it for galaxy s2 and its amazing..althoug my version was 4.2.1 with stamina mode and other coloros OS tweaks..great work my friend..i sure must try this rom.

system does not starts....it only restarts every time....almost 15 times it has been restarted till now....waiting for first boot....

There is a upload error with the rom, as i give all files to upload to my friend because of my lightening fast internet speed.
Currently i am on BQ rom and making kernel from source which maybe useful to make cm for xolo.
Already i have TWRP 2.8.1.0 made by XDA member.
I will definatly cure the error with least possible download means a patch to flash after rom, as most of u downloaded the rom already.
As I am busy with this give me some time of 2-3 days to get a conclusion and upload a patch or whole rom.

i believe in avi320 and i like his work..but as fellow developer i never release a rom without testing..thats why i asked..but now i know that is upload error and not him..just like this rom is one of my favourites (i ve released a v2 for galaxy s2 http://smokermanxda.blogspot.pt/2014/07/coloros-20-android-422.html.
@avi320 are you in a BQ ROM wich one? stock kitkat? it works fine on your xolo? how is the partitions? it makes 16gb with 13 gb available like in my BQ 5.7? I d like to work on a customized kernel with a few more governors and with the partitions solved but we have so few users with this phone..it seems not worth it to work on it.
another problem is that your ported roms in our BQ doesnt recognize DUAL SIM..only 1 SIM..look at build props:

Hello Sir,
I flashed BQ stock ROM, have a builded kernel from BQ source.
BQ and xolo are clones. We can use any stock rom just need to flash whole rom with sp tools.
Yes there is partition problem - it shows only one partition phone storage as 13gb.
Its the main reason kernel not working in xolo roms as partition table is different - we are trying to solve the problem by making changes in kernel.
It is as u said number of users are less and those who use dont respond much- lets see how far we can go - if kernel boots in xolo.
If u willing to experiment just try this - (already sent a PM to charlie_1988 on HTCmania but he not yet responded.)

flash my any kitkat rom

The confusion between me and uploader cost this trouble.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused because of the miscommunication between me and my friend.

QUyes your efforts has made this rom working ..replying from the same rom..but two things i have observed initially...1 networknot showing any receving line 2. Data on notification is continuously blinks on screen

seems there is bug in messaging while adding contacts to send message.
and wifi and bt switch icon is too large..

As much I like and appreciate your hard work and updates, it's useless to us, laymen, when your procedures and instructions are so complex and direct. Like the beginning of your procedure, 'Replace boot.img'. How to replace it, where to replace etc. Please make it clear once and you can 'QUOTE' it next time....A concerned Iris X1 user.

Nope, not working. I replaced Boot.img and repacked the zip. Followed your steps but ended up with factory reset

bro first of all thanks for msking all these roms for lava iris x1 ..but im not able to flash ur roms...
I request u if u plz tell me how to extract boot image...
I tried to get boot image from my rom backup...
Made zip file and tried to flash it ..
But it was not working..

No MIUI ROM
Previously i have installed the materiox rom now i have tried this one but it still showing the materio rom instead of MIUI

i replaced my backuped boot.img into the zip and wiped data,cache,dalvik cache and also installed zip from sd card,after rebooting it shows android is upgrading and after, my same lollipop is coming and i already installed a custom android lollipop ROM for my iris x1 from xda developers.pls help me out

I tried to flash the zip. But it is saying android is upgrading nd the flashin process takes a tme not even a min. But it says installation zip s complete. After rebooting im geting the same lollipop rom. Pls help me out
