If you have rooted your phone & installed recovery, First back up then flash any CM 12 nightlies . preferably latest & then gapps compatible with Lollipop.

Don't know what the issue could be. Was there any info in the log?
I'm sorry I don't know what that means.
What does TWRP say when it fails?

After I swipe to flash the ROM it comes up FAILED in red.
Sounds like a corrupted download.

[Q] New Firmware question

I appreciate an input on this. Updated my current ROM to 4.4.3 which is on firmware 2.21.605.2.I keep seeing people say you have to take the OTA ( if unlocked, S-0ff) to have new radios. If my ROM is on the new firmware do I still flash the new firmware zip?
Thank you

What ROM are you using? If you flash a custom ROM it does not update the firmware. I suggest reading this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2723159

No, you wouldn't be able to use flashify as you'd need to be in RUU mode. It's really simple and the directions are pretty straightforward.

[Q] screen non responsive when making calls

My screen goes black when making calls and will not come back no screen protector no case happens no matter what ROM I'm using please help
If it's a newer cm12 ROM you need to flash the alpha modem that can be found in the modem thread that has all modem. This modem will only work properly on newer cm12 lollipop ROM though, it'll break the proximity sensor on older cm11s based ROM. So make your choice on which way to go from now on

You don't need that specific modem, any Lollipop modem will be fine. Just grab either of the top two from here:

Downgrading from CM

I'm on a CM13 based ROM and I hear you can't downgrade from it. So my stock lollipop backups are useless now, is that correct ?

CM 13 is android M based. You can freely try flashing other android M based ROMs without gong back to stock.

I see no reason why your backup would not work. You cannot trust everything people say on XDA.

Alright, well I might flash stock back soon. But thanks for your replies

No way to go stock after new update?

I asked in the MOAR q&a thread but realized it's a generic question that does not generally pertain to the ROM. After the new stock update Odin is useless to flash any thing because it blocks any flashing at the bootloader. Is there any way to go stock if I haven't backed up anything? I'm currently running on the new update base and have MOAR speed racer flashed. Thank you for any help
Any fixes yet same thing I just ran into. I haven't used stock in so long I had no idea you couldn't go back

What version are you on now? As of PK1 firmware, you cannot flash back to a previous version, you would need PK1 or newer to go back to stock.
I have stock rom BPJ2, rooted. I found the PK1 rom, can I flash this via TWRP?
