Create a folder on your desktop and name it "RAZR HD". Now place the .zip file that contains the 183.46.15 into that folder and un-zip inside the "RAZR HD" folder.
Open RSD Lite, now boot your phone into "APFastboot" and connect the USB cable and RSD Lite should see it.
Find the folder "RAZR HD" with RSD Lite (the 3 little dots next to "filename" search box)
Inside the folder, click on the XML Document and then the "Start" button and after its done, your RAZR HD will be updated

Can someone link or share the .sbf file for the verizon 3g xoom, so I can run it using RSD Lite? I am stuck on failed to boot LNX 0x0004
I found the .sbf file, but RSD fails flashing process because it is unable to retrieve initialization files. I guess it is really screwed

Can't you flash the images with fastboot?
I could if RSD Lite would have worked. I never could get past the errors. I finally was able to unbrick it by re-installing the drivers a few times and finally my cpu recognized it and I did a fastboot oem unlock.
and how is this development?

do you have cwm or twrp installed?
if not, you will need to install one of them.
once you do that, you will need to download and unzip the .30 firmware once and make sure it is on your sd card. then you can reboot into recovery and flash the .30 zip.
if you do that, you will then need to reinstall custom recovery again. check out the development section.

You might want to try this if you are on Windows (credit to: Auliyaa for providing the original guide. Link to original guide after this suggestion):
1. Download the latest Firmware from ASUS support website, which you obviously have done.
2. Download and install Android SDK to your PC. Install the SDK to your C:\ drive or wherever you have your Windows installed. When you launched it, choose to only download the Platform Tools to make sure you have the updated Fastboot.
3. Once the platform tools download finished, close the Android SDK.
4. Extract "blob" file from the Firmware zip file to Android SDK platform-tools directory.
5. Open Command prompt, if you are on Windows
6. Navigate to platform-tools directory
7. Type this in command prompt:
fastboot -i 0x0B05 flash system blob
Click to collapse
8. For some reason, the transfer seems to fail from time to time. Just try the Fastboot command again if the transfer fail. For me, the 2nd attempt is always successful.
9. Once the transferred is successful, type the following command to reboot your tablet:
fastboot -i 0x0B05 reboot

Hey everyone who cares to read my posts, I have a question for you all. I tried to use the newest firmware posted this morning by Skrillax @ http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2095536 . Using RSD Lite 5.7 I had the same problems with this one as the other one, I can't get past getvar commands until I remove them from the .xml, and when I get to system.img it fails saying Failed flashing process, phone returned fail. I really want to know if I can fastboot flash this firmware somehow, all I need is some direction. I am hoping this new firmware is more stable than the other!:good:
EDIT: Just downloaded the RSD 6.0 and it worked! d/l here: https://hotfile.com/dl/174582400/60ad26d/RSDLite_6.0.rar.html
P.S. Also had to remove the two getvar commands from the xml file to get it to work!
Could you do a step by step
RSD Doesn't recognize my Photon Q, I Press the Volume + - and power at the same time, then I go to AP Fastboot Connect it to the computer and RSD 6.0 doesn´t see it
good afternoon forum Mods if I'm posting in the wrong section I'm sorry and move where it should be post it at I couldn't find a way to open a new thread under Motorola all I was able to see was threads already posted

no help there so battery was low so i removed it charged it with a universal charger over night boot into AP Fastboot and trying flashing the 3 folowing roms with RSD Lite 6.1.4 but every rom gives me the same error message CDT.BIN failed phone return fail
these are the roms i'm trying to flash

I used OS_Acer_Acer.T09.AV0M0.1.035.00.EMEA.GEN1_A60M_A.zip to build rom
but it always fail to create system.img
It does create the zipped rom.
I try to copy extracted system folder to 'work' folder but same error.
Is there any log or some way to get more details on that error?

When Assayed will go to step to make a size for the system image you have to put the values. Take as reference the size of your system image that you dumped before and express this value in MB.

That did the trick (used size from Auto Tool Unpack Repack .DAT & .IMG for Windows)
I got system.img. Now use system.img and boot.img in sp flash tool with the scatter from your zip or did i miss something?

Ok. which scatter should i use (only the one from your zip does not error) and should i check everything in flash tool or only specific partitions?
@nickless07
Did you see that? it looks that here there are three firmwares for your model :https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/6995?b=1
Open Menu, open drivers&Manuals and you will see three firmwares under O.S.

Use just this zip, the rest won´t work, i added some info there.
Put all the files that you dumped but replace for the new system and boot.

Yes i tested all 3 of them in recovery mode. And if you search on website for phone snid 717007914635 you get 2 other firmware. Right now i used the 1.035.00
So use the preloader i dumped means that the preloader i got from your zip

And all the firmwares are for recovery, with system.new.dat?
Yes, use this preloader
Ok flashed all of them. Still stuck at boot logo (i got the boot logo back) and now i can mount /system in recovery mode
Should i repeat that with other firmware?

It´s an advance, you can do the same with these firmwares that you tried before preparing them via Assayed and flash it through Philz recovery.

This does not work. Fastboot can't boot philz due to locked bootloader. Can i flash philz with sp flash tool?

Yes, you can, put Philz renamed recovery and flash only this partition.
How you unlocked before, did you remember what method do you use?

I used fastboot oem unlock then i pressed Vol. Up on device to confirm.
When i do this now the device tells me Unlock failed.
This is happening after i flashed the files from your zip.
Philz fails. I renamed it to recovery.img and only selected that one in sp flash tool (no error) but when entering recovery mode it is stock recovery

These files were from the zip from Acer that you said that before that recovery stock fails to flash so I don´t understand why it could change bootloader status. Then these files from Acer itself are not for your exact version or maybe build update.
Now that you can mount system maybe you can flash the zip through your stock recovery.
Edit: the files that you flashed before from my zip were lk.bin, preloader and trustzone; flash now from all the firmwares that you downloaded these three files (one by one for firmware and try to unlock every time) using SPFlashTool and the working scatter.txt to see if you recover functionality of the bootloader
