SIM card not detected after flashing custom ROM - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello,
After I flash any custom ROM, the phone doesn't detect my SIM card. Luckily I have a backup to go back to but I can't use any custom ROMs that way. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you!

SD Card Issue with FH13 AGAT tREC_v0.2.1 recovery?

Can't move apps to SD with the Agat FH13 recovery kernel. Same problem on both work/personal E4GT. Both flashed with mobile odin. Didn't have issue with stock recovery. Haven't tried other flash methods yet. Any other suggestions besides trying FF18 stock kernel?

Rom install problems...

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
So when I try to install any of the available ROMs I get a encryption unsuccessful error message.
These are the steps that I take...I create a 2gb slot through safestrap and activate it. I then do the necessary wipes. After that I attempt to install. I find the file on the as card, run it through and the it gives me a successful install. I reboot and always get a new boot animation for different ROMs. As soon as the animation ends I get a encryption unsuccessful error message and that causes me to restart, and activate the stock slot which then I have to reboot normally into the stock ROM. The phone works completely fine there after with no issues. Any idea what could be causing this and if there is a fix? Much appreciated. thanks.

It looks like you're not backing up your stock rom slot and restoring it on your rom slot. I think this is a requirement.
- Back up stock rom slot
- Active rom slot 1
- Restore stock rom slot back onto rom slot 1
- wipe
- flash rom

Do you have to do that for every slot? Or just slot1?

I just did that with no success... The only rom I've been able to flash is the batakang that has the gaps included. That's it. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...
I'm only using one slot but I would think that you'd have to do that on all slots.
Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using xda app-developers app
disregard anything what I said... I was a little confused between different razr models. I thought I had the XT925 and obviously have the XT926 which is the verizon one. Sucks having a locked bootloader but safestrap sure does help when the rom is safestrap compatible. Thanks anyway.

Need Help Please. Bootloop after update manually!!!

Hello Mates,
today i try to update manually to 11S OTA (30O) and now my phone dont start...i think has a bootloop.
About my Phone: its boot unlocked, rootet and run ART. I try to flash it with TWRP and it was so fast just few seconds.
I saw test: radio flashed....after restart i have bootloop. I can enter to fastboot and TWRP but dont have any rom on my
intern sd card. What can i do? Please i need some help. How can i push a rom to my sd card in this situation?
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards

What is the route that you want to take?
Do you want to go back to stock ROM? custom ROM?
Do note that you will lose your apps/data/etc that was on the phone previously. Your sd card will remain untouched.

You have the file on your computer? Is it fastboot or flashable zip version
You would adb sideload the zip if its a flashable zip

disable sim card

im using the LINEAGE OS but apparently its not working anymore it doesnt read my SIM card and IDK what to do about it can anyone help me with this or I just need to go back to stock ROM, anyone here can help me to reboot on stock ROM. Thanks
Do you have d2202/12? If yes then you have to flash additional RIL files to get sim card working..
If the bug still persist then you have to flash stock firmware again and then lineage to get RIL working...
