I done a quick search trough the xda app and I haven't found a proper answer...
So can sometime tell me what hboot is please? As yesterday I turned my phone S-off to root it and the revolutionary software changed my hboot... I was wondering what exactly is hboot and does it matter that its changed/what does this effect?

Alright, HBoot is the bootloader - sort of like BIOS, it tells the phone what to do when I push the power button.

When I was upgrading the Firmware to 3.32 with PG58IMG.zip
After the upgrading all, My Phone Restarts and its stucked at HTC logo and Keep Restarting...Even I can't using My 4EXT Recovery.......

I do not know what your phone setup is.
The guide is noob-proof.
In order to learn,you need to read and understand.
Take your time,read it ALL carefully,then read it again.
Everything you need is fully explained in that thread.

Yes.
It is best to SuperWipe(HERE),then flash the ROM of your choice.

Do a quick search, and you'll find probably upwards of 20 threads explaining it
Step 1) Hold down power and volume down
Step 2) Pray to Lord Satan
Step 3) ???
Step 4) Unlock bootloader

Start at the top under root and bootloader sections -- there is an awesome all in one tool that I used to help me. But please do some reading before starting or you'll end up with a bricked phone

Than you didn't spend much time looking. My Index thread (sticky at the top of Development) clearly points to the proper methods for each firmware version.
I would advise the OP, and other n00bs, to be careful about blindly following YouTube guides. Its a shortcut around proper reading and learning. And lack of proper knowledge will get you into trouble. The type of trouble that YouTube guides will not be much help getting you out of. YouTube videos might be a good supplement to, but not a replacement for, proper learning.

Ha, no. I didn't notice that. That guy did a nice job zombying a 8-month old thread for absolutely no reason.
i have HTC one SV LTE this is my system..i want to upgrade to jellybean.. but when i try to update it via OTA... the firmware was downloaded. but when installing it reached almost 1/3 and then stops and there's a phone like display with red triangle in right top if it.... how can i fix it..? can you please help me with this..? thank you for your very kind response..... it's very possible you bought a phone second hand that someone had lost or damaged the original back cover and replaced it with one from a LTE variant

Check out the guide and watch some videos. Whilst relatively safe, there is a small risk, especially if you don't follow steps correctly. There is a Windows tool kit available which helps you do it automatically.
Although I think its good to do it on your own as you lean more about the process etc
