Please Help me OUTTA

i am getting a problem in flashing zips....
i have many theme zips touchwiz launcher zips.....nd many status bar mods....
bt none of the zips get applied in cwm recovery.....
i m using DDKT3, the official indian stock rom....
plz help me out in dis coz i like much of the customization....

you got themes and launcher from fit's forum? if yes, before flashing firstly mount data and system from cwm.. then flash the zip file.. if it didn't work, flash the latest stock rom and then flash cwm again.. cwm by tj style http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1339640

i think your phone didn't rooted yet, right? as my experience, if i flash cwm recovery, i can flash zip.. but you have to know which zip is compatible to your rom.. i don't know what is the best indian stock rom.. mine is DXKT7(indonesian), it's good, best ui, good battery consumption..

if it wasn't rooted den how can i make themes by myself and upload the framework.apk and systemUI.apk

Stop using bold font

I think that, the stock ROMs don't accept the flashable zips until they are rooted. I had the same problem. With the Stock Indian ROM I was not able to mount the system or cache. I was not able to install Beats audio in the Stock Indian ROM. Do let me know, If I'm wrong!
Switch to a custom ROM for the solution....
By the way, please tell me "Why are you using the Bold and colored fonts?"

Help Needed to test new rom

I have created a xperia rom based on cm10.1 but i don't have the access to my explorer right now can some body please test it for me and tell me if it boots or not.and if it doesn't boots provide me with a logcat.if anybody can test it please reply i will then give you the link to the rom.

I don't think so bro...
flash light will work only with the torch.apk
Try to launch the torch then entering camera and take a picture maybe it will work

The old name of this ROM is jelly Plus but now i changed it.And named it stable because most of feautures are working

You have to install with cwm v5.5 and not 5.0 or 6.x

You can download Xposed Framework and use modules but not wanam xposed because wanam xposed is only for Touchwiz android 4.2

I wrote here an entire article about new CM11 by Mr. Stenly & created a tutorial how to install it:

If you're not in the Xperia L Official Facebook Page,join and then you'll be able to read.Link for the facebook page is also in my signature.
Long story short : BT doesn't work & internal storage works 50% ( you can't move any app installed from playstore to internal storage,however you can browse it with a file manager,use it as normally,put large games (the cache i mean) and then install the app and it's working).
Camera is better,kitkat is faster,it has all the cm11 features which are awesome,no other important bugs so far (after 2-3 days of testing).

Tried to install but failed due to some reasons...!!!!
And I Will not install it.because it is buggy.

I would say the camera on stock .14 firmware because sony updated it and it is now
fully functional on lowlight sceneries

If you're on 14 fw,you can try this apk...i've compile it from stock using highrate code with this guide
edit the name and push to system with rwrr permission
don't forget to edit media profiles too

I am looking for some help to port the MIUI rom for the Xperia E.
or maybe some one allready ported it and want to share it here ?
or somebody wants to write a guide about how to do it so I can do it my self. :good:

its not uploaded by anyone ... about 4 people made/ported it...but none can get the gsm working ......
It has to be built from source ..... it will be like making cm11(lots of experience required)

there need to be someone that can port the MIUI rom with gsm working

i dont remember....(long time ago)
all the experienced devs had done the porting...sooo no use now.... most progress was made by ultragamerhd ....so its almost a dead end

Far as I know, MIUI isn't built from source - it's ported or PatchROM is used to build it.
@UltraGamerHD How'd you build it? PatchROM or manual porting? I tried PatchROM, but it wanted a connection to my phone, which couldn't be done via VM.

The CM10 we use as base is the problem, nothing more. It refuses to work and I'm getting extremely tired of this ****. Doesn't take away that there might be a small chance this will work, so all the best wishes in the world!

Doesn't MIUI PatchROM use stock as a base? I think you need Termin or something, not CM10.

Patchrom sucks and requires some more knowledge about smali porting. It uses stock and cm base as well, AOSP base is the best option.

find another home.apk from other miui versions ..... is home.apk missing support files? ...i think your missing the extra support files for themes and stuff or it may be incompatible ...try other versions
BUT!!!
the main thing you need to get working is gsm and wifi ....try and get them running first

the file is not missing in the rom, I try to instal manually but I can not opene anything just settings en notification bar. So I can not instal anything
what kind of extra support files for themes and where can I get them and how can I install them. Im new to this kind of things so I have no Idea how to do it
Indeed major problem is gsm and wifi, if those dont work than the phone has no use. @UltraGamerHD is also trying to fix this. I think he will have more luck fixing it than me :good:

You have to copy all libshell*.so files to system/lib folder and Edit Kernel to add shelld which should be in system/xbin in init.rc.
