Firefox and Firefox Beta are crashing for me. I've cleared cache data and all I have functioning is sync. I'm running Mahdi ROM 3.4

Something strange happened this morning with Hangouts, it updated to the new version that been pushing out over the last 24 hours.
When i went to load up the app i get a FC, and the same is happening with Youtube (not aware of that app updating though).
I have so far tried
1. Removing and re-installing both apps
2. Clearing the cache on the apps
3. Cleared the cache in recovery and also dalvik cache
4. Re-flashed the custom ROM (Mahdi Rom)
5. Re-flashed the gapps (PA micro version) i had installed
6. Re-installing an older version of both hangouts and youtube apk files
None of the above has fixed the problem. I guess wiping system and re-installing rom would fix the problem, but this is a last resort.
Before this hangouts app update everything was working fine.
Any other possibilities I can try?

Cool ?
Sent from my Nexus 5 using XDA Free mobile app
My instagram has stopped loading pictures on wifi. This happens on all wifi networks. Everything loads fine on cellular data. I have tried uninstalling the app, wiping dalvik, reinstall - no luck. I tried installing a previous version of the app and still no luck.
This is isolated to just Instagram. The photos flash/blip then it gives the standard message "Image couldn't load. Tap to retry."
Phone is a One, Android 6.0.1, CM 13.0.2016220-Snapshot
Maybe I'll give the Lineage OS a flash and see what happens, I had issues with Gapps when I tried previously, used the smallest Gapps package when the Stock package wouldn't install, and then kept getting pop-up errors for apps
Any ideas?
well i flashed the Lineage OS experimental build and that seems to have fixed whatever the problem was.. downloading and flashing the Jan 30 nightly release now
My main issue is in the screenshot below.
"Chrome failed during startup with an unexpected error."
This shows when I open the app and it won't go away, restarts don't help, anyway...
What I've tried to fix it:
Different Chrome apps, regular, beta, dev, canary. arm and arm64 versions.
Cleared dalvik and cache in TWRP.
Cleared all data from Webview, Play Services, Google Partner setup
Of course deleted all data from all Chrome browsers.
Thanks in advance!
It was a ROM bug.
I've the same problem, how can I solve it? thank you in advance
i installed custom rom Kang vip with fresh installation and i saw that it did not have chrome browser,so i installed chrome browser from play store, when i opened the browser,it immediately force closed{no error message},i cleared data, reinstalled but same issue,
so i installed chromium based brave browser but it also gave same issue,it force closes automatically.
other browsers like firefox work fine.
i wiped data too,same problem,can anyone help?
Fixed it?
Hey guys, so when I deleted chrome. Gmail started to force close. I restored it and it worked.
Is there a workaround to have Gmail working without having chrome installed in the Device?
Thanks!
Install Android system webview.

Reinstall google chrome, and then wipe cache and storage on Gmail. Then check apkmirror for newest version of gmail.
set webview as default in developer settings
