Usually you won't be able to flash a custom recovery with a locked bootloader. But ...
... I found a thread about flashing CWM recovery on your device: INSTRUCTIONS to Install CWM Recovery - (For Everyone).
If this works on your device, then you will be able to flash any ROM through CWM recovery.

Here you go: [RECOVERY]Xperia C[STOCK].
Flashing a complete stock firmware shoudl also bring back the default/stock recovery.

I am flashing CM12 (cyanogenmod) in my neo l(MT25i) device do i need it flash it first with ftf file of neo v (MT11i). I have already rooted it and has unlocked the boot loader.
