I am flashing CM12 (cyanogenmod) in my neo l(MT25i) device do i need it flash it first with ftf file of neo v (MT11i). I have already rooted it and has unlocked the boot loader.

hey i have rooted my xperia m dual with vroot. Then one of relatives have changed the kernel version of my phone. But now i think it is bricked because at the start the xperia theme is keeping on flashing and flashing. Please help.

Usually you won't be able to flash a custom recovery with a locked bootloader. But ...
... I found a thread about flashing CWM recovery on your device: INSTRUCTIONS to Install CWM Recovery - (For Everyone).
If this works on your device, then you will be able to flash any ROM through CWM recovery.

but still wifi is not working
