thanks. downloading now...
btw it's in the marketplace.
Needs a little help yet on the speed. I will continue to use regardless. Awesome that this has been made!!
You guys should look at the other android forims here. I've had this all day.

Check that. Seems that I just had the app locked up on me momentarily. I had to app kill it and bring it back...
it is kind of slow but very cool.
Sent from my HERO200 using the XDA mobile application powered by Tapatalk
Yes, it's in the market and it's a lil slow. However, it's not bad for a first release.
Yeah, I just saw this for the first time today too, and downloaded it a few hours ago. Pretty slick!!
very nice thanks

NICE!! I was wondering why an app like this was not around... Guess I should of done a search.. LOL
Thanks for the info!
I don't know why people are saying its slow. no problems here. Running DarchLegend 4.3.1 on network (not wifi)
Edit: ok, forums with lots of images are slow, and my major beef is there's no way to download pictures

I was gonna ask why this wasn't around already lol. Nice find. Thanks!
I might be crazy, but I like the android browser.
you guys really cant brose a forum on a mobile browser? dolphin does a fine job formatting for my phone screen
Downloaded this morning. Needs some speed improvements, but alot easier than using the browser.
It is a nice app but loads much slower than the browser at this point.
Also it needs to be able to have favourite forums not just threads.
I browse the Hero CDMA forum much more than any other and it is annoying to have to scroll through all the other selections to get here.
looking forward to updates
speed it faster than browser on my opinion. Could use a nicer UI. bit over all I like it a lot.

Good to see another Vegas person around the forums.
Am I the only one who feels like I'm getting spammed every time someone posts from this damn app?
Sent from my HTC Hero using the regular damn browser.
Kind of nifty. I've already used it.

I like Samba...plus, it is always free:

Hmm, I've been using ASTRO for this and it works pretty well. But I'm going to download this and give it a shot.
>>>
Alright, been using it a little bit now and it's actually pretty cool, considerably quicker than using ASTRO's wifi. I'm definitely going to keep using this.
downloaded as well
to bad google don't do a free paid app a day
Does this app seems to be running all the time?
Downloaded it before this thread was made.. fantastic app!
I also highly recommend the Amazon Free App Notifier. It's 99c but well worth every penny for the free apps it reminds you about.

Why would you pay 99 cents for an app that reminds you to check the Amazon app store daily? If you are that forgetful just put a shortcut on your home screen. Lol

It's a pretty nice clean reminder in the status bar, shows name, info, normal price, and so on. You can set what time of day it reminds you, too.
My homescreens are completely minimal with no app shortcuts, so I wouldn't be able to tolerate looking at an ugly icon

Hey, guys, have you seen the new "Android3D UI - TSF Shell Pro"??
I can't post outside links because I'm a noob here but you can search on youtube.
Just... just... AWEEESOMEEEEE!!

Too bad they went to work for RIM and abandoned android.
It honestly looks awesome! I cannot wait until they release it!
Yes you are right, looks like tat home, but has additional features like the box folders and the fan out of the apps icons, as well as the not aligned positioning of the icons. Will wait until available to try it out.

I found beta register app from a chinese site but it says beta testing is ended. so, no luck.
yeah the register app does no good, i tried that a few days ago and got nothing back
so...no way to get the beta and try it? :-(
same for me, registered a while ago but nothing, no link no asnwer by dev too...
It looks awesome. And I noticed that it is made by Chinese
Wow. That's amazing!

news update on offcial site...
if I understand right the google italian translation from chinese there will be new features and the first release is really coming soon...
I like it.. Hopefully it gets finished and not dropped. Also since I own SPB mobile shell I hope they take their ques from TSF. Both are fancy but TSF seems to make the stuff you use everyday fancy. SPB looks nice when I want to show off to friends but 90% of the cool stuff I don't use day in and day out.
Hey, just wanted to share this...
ADW Launcher has received a major update, really awesome. It's like a whole new launcher. Check it out yourself:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.adw.launcher
I'm currently using it on FB's VB, was using Zeam (my fave of all) bit this new update made me change to ADW.
Enjoy.

I tried it once also, back in GB days and never liked it, but thought it could be cool someday with changes. Always preferred Zeam which I have been using for more than a year, but when I read the news on Android Police, I thought of "what the hell, let's check it out". Also, comments where positive too. It is indeed very good now, I'm using it. Dumped Zeam. Anyway, I still like Zeam's simplicity.
I should be payed for giving Zeam promo Been at it since I started using it. LOL

OK I gotta ask ya something...why is it when you respond to a post you always do the @screenname thing instead of just hitting the quote button? Just curious. No biggie just curious.

Takes up less space then quoting a post. Plus when your on the app its a pain to shorten a quoted post. Much easier to just respond with @screenname.

Makes sense but quoting makes it easier for others to see the question you are responding to. Which in turn could be helpful to those who might have the same problem. Advantages both ways I suppose.

@gregcapps
LOL that's a very good and weird question, but funny that you noticed it and asked.
Like eollie said. It's easier to quote but takes lot of unnecessary space and I don't like it. Also, I usually use the @ when I respond next or a few posts below to the @ tagged person. I used to shorten the quotation but I'm a Twitter fan so the @ tag comes almost naturally.

I'm really looking forward to this. I'd love any launcher that gives a 1 per line alphabetical launcher
His Twitter has been pretty quiet about anything development related and he scratched his tweet lanes app so I wouldn't get too excited.. :/

You should try SSLauncher. It allows you to create something it calls application groups that are in list form. You can have all your apps in that list or just categories, like games or office or photo apps.
It's also one of the most customizable launchers on the market. You can even have a different wallpaper on each screen!

I purchased it five minutes ago. I'm a little disappointed. I love the concept of it, but it's a little too minimalistic at the moment. There are only a few settings, and there's no real option to customize it. I guess the dev will update it a bit in the near future so it's all good, but i expected much more. Also, no lite version? Come on...
Looks good - will probably wait till it's a little bit more feature rich.
Hi mate looks awesome but do you have a test version for how it looks? Or only the payed one?

I agree. I love trying different launches and have purchased several of them. However, all of them had a free version for me to try first.

Played with it for about 30 mins and got super bored. Same old stuff thats in all the other launchers. SSLauncher already has the whole app wallpaper.
