I recommend to flash minimal Gapps. That should have enough space to be installed.
Additional Gapps can either be installed via Play store or by separately installation packages.
For Android 4.4 check this: [GAPPS][4.4.x] OFFICIAL Up-to-Date PA-GOOGLE APPS (All ROM's) [2015-01-17]
And for Android L check this: [GAPPS][5.0.x][BETA] OFFICIAL Up-to-Date PA-GOOGLE APPS (All ROM's) [2015-01-25].

First of all, always try the latest and if possible stable builds as they have the most latest changes to the code and bug fixes..Now what do u really mean by no more free rom??how much free rom is it showing in manage application settings.. i think u know how to install more apps using sd-ext partition of ur sd card..

hello, i think i have the most wiered issue in the world!
* FIRST:
I have tried to install this theme Flat IOS
the application wasn't installed
*Then,
purchased the donate version from play store, i have got the error " unknown error code during application install -401"!! so i have refunded.
*after that
i have removed my sd card - i couldn't unmount because of the "Link2sd"
*THEN i have installed the theme from the playstore, was installed!
applied
*purchased another theme flats theme
*rebooted
inserted my sd card
the themes are not there!!! couldn't install again!

Installed the 4.9.26 version from the official site.
Have tried all of the following methods:
1. PA Gapps
2. Google Installer from MI Market and so on as discussed.
Still unable to add play store.
Also tried installing a play store 5.0.32 apk, but it too doesn't log on. Please help.
It would probably be a good idea to edit the original post and include discussed bugs and fixes. The thread discussion goes off-topic sometimes.

Can someone also list the bloatware that is safe to remove/disable without making the ROM unstable?

I've been having problems accessing this site, I'm dogtrevrep, please email contact, I can't access Google apps and various sous required to flash a nandroid I'm having problems locating, my Google GAPPS have issues and I need a full nandroid system flashed in to replace all the GAPPS missing or damaged currently on the device, so to regain Google, g mail, g+ services, most the apps for android are in the play store. Thanks if it matters my kernel version 3.0.31-1301767 Sept 2013

I am trying to revive a nexus 7 2012 Grouper, I have managed to install lineage OS 15.1, and need to include Gapps, but, I cannot find a tiny GAPPS that will fit in the remaining space on my nexus 7 - which has a grand total of 86MB available and thats all.
Can anyone direct me to a way to get the absolute bare minimum for google play operation? OR, is there a way that I can extend the partition manually so that it has an extra 200MB so that OpenGapps Pico.
