[Q] Can not flash firmware and no pit binary. Help with very strange software problem

Hi people.
I have a samsung galaxy SM-J500FN with a strange problem. Recieved from a old lady wich claims she wake up with the phone turned off. When she turned on she couldnt start the phone. So I'm not sure what she did with the phone.
When you turn on the phone you see this;
Odin: flash read failure
Error: There is no pit binary
MMC: mmc_read fail
Movinnd Checksum Confirmation Fail
ddi: mmc_read fail
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-J500FN
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
FRP LOCK: OFF
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x0
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE (CSB)
RP SWAEV: S1, T1, H1, R1, A1 , P1
SECURE DOWNLOAD: ENABLED
I cant acces the recovery mode. Only the download mode. So odin is recognizes the phone in download mode.
I tried to flash firmware with all versions of odin using only firmware, firmware+pitfile (also tried different pitfiles i found) and some other files. Files names:
runned as admin
AP_J500FNXXU1AOG1_CL698502_QB5554354_REV00_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5

I have downloaded MANY ROMS in attempt to just get it to boot into android but no avail. When I try to flash something it says :
