htc explorer stuck on logo .windows 8.1 not rcognising drivers
sir my problem is very different.
for the past 6 months ive been using sense 5ex v1 withot any issues my recovery is yannous revoery then. but recently for updating my rom to cm11 kk ive changed my recovery to awsm3 (twrp2.7) recovery but i didnt install cm11 i continued with my sense 5 .but i didn't change my recovery to previous.
1.recently ive installed LUCKY PATCHER and patched on different games
2.some games not worked properly .so iwent to recovery and wiped delivk cache(mo idea what iam doing) and rebooted
3.but my system wont booted .it stuk on htc logo
4.then i wippped all data and installed same rom but no use it still stuck on logo
5.so ive decided to change to my previous recovery HERE IS THE MAIN PROBLEM.
6.MY PC IS WINDOWS 8.1(recently changed from windows 7) .it did not detecting my htc explorer drivers
7.so FASTBOOT NOT WORKING ON THIS PC.ive tried many versions of htc explorer drivers but windows cant detecting that drivers (in some blogs ive found that 8.1 not work with htc explorer drivers )
i dont want to install windows 7 again into my pc .
and my frinds also dont have windows 7 they are using 8
WHAT CAN I DO PLEASE REPLY KINDLY:crying::crying::crying: (my recovey working perfectly twrp 2.7 awsm3)

Hello guys! I searched a lot before posting it here,but I'm very fearing a soft-hard brick..
I explain: I'm running Cyanogenmod 11 M7 (Htc One S, not version C2), and today I got an auto reboot. Now, I'm stuck in bootloop, without the power to enter bootloader or recovery with phone buttons. I tried adb and fastboot, but obviously the second can't run, the first can't run because pc can't install htc one s drivers. I tried to install them by my self (found here, in htc one s section) but adb still doesn't recognize my smarthphone.
What can I do? Please, I'm desperate.

my pc didnt recognize my phone first time i used odin, try using another port
u could also flash new rom for ur device using odin
ive no responsibility about any damage in ur device!!! DO IT ON YOUR OWN RISK
Odin is for Samsung device!

I installed Cyanogenmod 12 on my HTC Desire 816. Everything was good until i wanted to delete some stock apps like "Email" and "File explorer". So i deleted their APK files, using a root explorer.
The problem happened when i restarted my phone to see if everything works ! But now the device does not boot up and Just shows the HTC logo screen and then after a little while it shuts down again.
Unfortunately Adb and fastboot does not seem to see the device, and trying to boot into recovery mode gives the same result (shutting down after seeing the HTC logo).
Is there anyway i can again reinstall Cyanogenmod on my phone ? It's like a softbrick state, but i can't access the phone at all since adb and fastboot do not list the device as connected and booting into recovery shuts the device down.
Any help to me is such a relief. I'm kinda desperate now, is there any way even a hardware way to flash a new rom and OS on my device ?

i downloaded new rom through this link:

after downloading flashed it in recovery mode and installed it successfully but when i rebooted to discover the new rom
i pressed the power bottom the screen opened normally on the Htc logo then vibrated for almost 5 or 6 times then nothing happened after this even for next year , it freezes and i can't do anything or even get the recovery mode and when i connect the device via USB with computer , it can't read it , also when i connect the USB to charge , it also vibrate 5 or six time then nothing happens again please anyone help me and tell me what to do as fast as you can

thanks bro i tried hard to find stock rom and found one with 2 bugs but it doesn't matter now maybe i can fix it later after downloading rom and know how to flash it with your way that u told me ..
but now sp tool you mean such odin ? i have never tried to do this technique via PC if you can help me more please tell me how to do this via odin or any prog that you meant

Hello guys !
I recently rooted my HTC mini with Cyanogen 12.1 , Android 5.1.1 then decided to install ChainFire 3D.(*note* I tried with a lot of custom roms and had a hard time trying to install anything untill i found Phills touch 6 recovery and installed CM 12.1)
The app asked to install the driver ,I accept ,phone closes but gets stuck on the HTC logo.
I then did a factory reset from the recovery menu but to no succes so I searched on the internet and found an adb shell command,tried it but still no succes.If you guys can help that would mean a lot to me.

SO! yesterday i installed a custom rom on my GT-I5500 but it turned out it wasnt working so i was stuck in the boot screen
i wanted to repear it by installing the old rom wich was the CM12 ported rom (wich worked fine before) but i couldnt get to the recovery mode... the only was possible was trough odin... so i ve brought out my old files (odin,CWM,CM12...) but when i booted into recovery mode the device wasnt recognized by my pc... ive tried some bunch of drivers but none of them worked ! PLEASE HELP ME GET THE DRIVERS WORKING ! (also i noticed that the device show on Odin3 v3.07 when i boot it normaly but unfortunatly i cant do anything else) i just want to get into the recovery mode that would be enough
