Download kingo root and install on your pc, your phone will keep restarting while rooting, but its ok, once done click on finish and you are done

the tutorial is for TCL Idol X S950.. but it also work even my phone is Alcatel One Touch Idol X 6040D..

Sorry ... there is not much about your exact device on xda.
I found this thread: Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2 7040n Root/Bootloader/Recovery by DonSolo.
Maybe you can ask there ... you just have to register on xda first.

So I was doing research of when Lollipop will come out for Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2. So far no luck, but I saw a website saying there is a custom rom for it and the Fierce 2 can have a CWM installed. Could someone tell me where to get the file?

its a vide tutorial with the instructions if that doesn't work... google search is the last friend

I recently bought a Alcatel pixi 4 plus power 5023f. I want to root it. There is a tutorial for rooting 5023 on xda i followed all the instruction but i can t boot the twrp image. I wanted to know if this tutorial is only for Alcatel pixi 4 plus power 5023 or for all 5023x. Thaks for repyying
