[HELP] Downgrade from Android 5.0.1 to Cyanogen 4.4.4 or official 4.4.2 - RAZR HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, i have my motorola RAZR HD (xt925). My phone is rooted and the bootloader unlocked. I flashed with android 5.0 Lollipop cm-12-20141218-UNOFFICIAL-moto_msm8960.
Everything was working fine except video. I was about to sell my phone today, but the buyer wanted to have the phone back to the official ROM 4.4.2. So i thought i could downgrade from android 5 to 4.1.2 using RSD Lite. Unfortunately flash failed and the phone was stuck to AP FASTBOOT. I managed to go to recovery and tried to flash back to android 5.0 cm-12-20141218-UNOFFICIAL-moto_msm8960. The flash went fine, but when i rebooted the phone, it booted back to AP FASTBOOT.
So how can i go back to either Android 4.4.4 cyanogen or to official 4.4.2 ? I hope it is possible so i can sell my phone.
Thanks in advance for your help

[Q] xt1032 bricked after update gpe form 4.4.2 to 4.4.4

i, i installed asian rom 5.0.2 but it considered my phone as a dua sim and it was very annoying, so i decideted to come back to gpe (originally was gemarma retail), so i installed via fastboot 4.4.2 and i update by official ota update to 4.4.4, but when it was installing it the screen turned off and now the phone doesn't boot up, neither the bootloader.. why? what can i do to fix it?

How to downgrade? (ANSWER QUICK PLEASE!)

I installed the Android Lollipop 5.0.1 GB OTA after flashing the Stock GB 4.4.4 firmware last night then flashed TWRP 2.8.3 and Aero Kernel. Now I'm thinking of selling my phone to upgrade to the second generation Moto G thus requiring me to reset the phone entirely, how would I go about this without bricking my phone? (Phone is XT1032)
I would flash back to stock 4.4.4 and OTA to 5.0 so the biyer doesn't have the ripple effect on the phone.
I had a phone with stock Telus 5.02 and I was able to downgrade to stock 4.4.4. Just don't try to flash motoboot.img.
Don't forget to flash a new logo too so the buyer doesn't see the unlocked bootloader warning.
So how would I go about doing that? Do you have a thread I could follow the steps of?

[Q] How do I upgrade stock 4.4.4 (EU) to 5.0?

I recently soft bricked my phone (Moto G 2013 falcon) downgrading it from Cyanogen 12 to stock 4.4.4 (Argentina), so after many tries I ended up booting in stock 4.4.4 Europe retail (210.12.40.falcon_umts.EURetail.en.EU).
I try to upgrade that to 5.0, but the OTA update fails in the middle of the installation. Then I tried to download the OTA file manually and install it via stock recovery, but it fails too.
Is there any other way? Or do I have to convert it to 4.4.4 stock Brazilian or some other variation with more OTA files available?
Thanks in advance,
Are you unrooted, running stock recovery, and stock ROM?
Yes: unrooted, stock recovery, stock ROM. My bootloader is unlocked though, so I can easily root the phone or change the recovery.
I already tried with a (supposed) official 5.0 OTA for Europe using stock recovery, but it didn't work ("update failed" or so).
I have the Telus xt1032 8GB. Not sure if it runs or you need the same Telus firmware but I was able to flash back to stock 4.4.4, update Motorola apps, and take the OTA update via wifi. I did this three times on my xt1032 in the past 2 weeks without any problems.

Is there a way to get Lollipop again after a downgrade?

Ok, so here's the thing: I have a US retail XT1032.
I flashed the GPE Kitkat into my phone to get the Lollipop update back when there was no Lollipop for US retail. When I had the GPE Kitkat, I did the OTA to Lollipop 5.0.1.
After that, I tried to OTA to 5.1, but the upgrade stopped suddenly and no upgrade was made. And here's where I screwed up.
A friend of mine told me that, from Lollipop onwards, you couldn't upgrade unless you had a locked bootloader. So I tried to lock it. The problem is that I couldn't find the 5.0.1 GPE firmware, so I foolishly thought that I could use the 5.1 directly. That rendered my phone stuck at bootloader. So I downgraded to Kitkat and now it works.
I'd like to get back to Lollipop, but when I try to flash the GPE 4.4.4 ROM, it fails at every step. I don't want to try the Motorola OTA because I'm afraid something may go horribly wrong again, and because I don't want the Motorola firmware but the GPE.
Is there a way to do that, or am I stuck in Kitkat?
You can go here and see if you can find the appropriate firmware for your phone.
Wipe, flash and reboot.
BTW, OTA updates will fail every time if you do not have a completely stock system including stock recovery.

Softbricked my Phone

I have a Moto G 2013 with a unlocked bootloader. German Retail and the Android Version was 5.0.2. I hate the look of lollipop. Because of this reason i flashed the 4.4.2 KitKat version via fastboot. After flashing I stucked at the "Unlocking Bootloader Screen". Then i read in many forums, that you can't downgrade because the bootloader versions are differnt. Now I installed TWRP via fastboot and right now i am using cm12.1. While i am wipping this device the recovery says that he can't mount system and other partitions. After searching the Lollipop Stock Rom i flashed the Lollipop version and the same problem. I would return to Stock Rom.
Thanks for all answers
