Yes, download recovery tools from the playstore if you still have superuser working.
If not, re root and download recovery tools to flash twrp.
Do you also need help rooting? Check the LG g3 section of XDA please..amazing support there and great developers may assist you further.

[Q] How to re-root LG L5 E615

Hello guys,
I was able to successfully updated to JB 4.1.2 BhekBhek ROM from ICS, after rooting and installing CWM. Unfortunately the phone never booted up due to some error resulting into a boot loop. I was able to deal with the boot loop issue and up date the phone at the same time by installing v20d JB 4.1.2 using KDZ software updater. I have tried rooting the phone using a number of methods but to no success. I thus don't have SuperSU installed and the phone isn't rooted. Please help! What should I do to re-root the phone again?

I finally managed to root the phone... I was surprised on how easy it was. I used Kingo Android ROOT. You can get the Kingo Root .exe from the official Kingo Android Root official website.

Hi there,
There doesn't appear to be any custom roms for your device that I could find. You may need to build your own. You can learn about development here
Thank you and good luck

Custom rom and OTA are very different things. For installing a custom rom, you'll need a custom recovery, for a custom recovery you'll need to unlock your bootloader first. You CAN'T unroot your phone if its hung in a boot loop.
You can download the stock firmware HERE
Thank You for replying
I have downloaded the stock firmware and i have tried installing it but that is where the problem occurs the phone says that it is an OTA update package and cannot resume the download because the phone is rooted.

Help rooting Sonim XP7?

Hey smart people!
Anyone know how to root a Sonim XP7? I will gladly donate something to your favorite charity if your rooting solution works!
So far towelroot.apk doesn't work. I know how to use ADB but don't feel comfortable pushing a new boot loader without being able to backup and restore the existing one.

Hey,
Would be happy to help you root your Sonim XP7 running KitKat 4.4.4 ---- In return I ask for a factory ROM image. This will in turn benefit you as well. I messed up my own when doing a custom Lollipop ROM, and would rather not build from scratch or send it back to Sonim. ... yeah I didn't back it up beforehand
Also -- Sonim now has a 5.1 Lollipop version available, I've extracted the FOTA (Update Image) as well. First thing we'd need to do is backup the entire storage setup, can help with this. There are some tools you'll need.
Shoot me a e-mail -- [email protected] and I'll drop you my Skype.
Thanks,
Justin
Hey. Root received via kingoroot. I can remove the firmware dumps. Who bought XP7, I can not forgive him via fastboot, drivers are installed, but the firmware is not. Before was XP7, pierced him through fastboot, without any problems. What could be the problem?
Stuck in recovey
jeagle24, do you think you could help me out? I had my sonim xp7 rooted and i updated the firmware via the factory way. now my phone is stuck in recovery and i do not have a factory rom to flash it.
Has anybody had any luck pulling the factory files off? My XP7 was stock, I did a factory reset and now its stuck at the sonim logo. I can get access to recovery and fastboot, I have tried a factory reset etc. I think I need to fastboot flash boot.img
It sounds like rooting doesn't work for the xp7

Do I need to bootload it?

I have no operating system installed on my Lg Tribute 1, I was wondering if I need to bootload the device, it was originally rooted before the operating system got deleted, the only thing that functions on my device is TWRP, so I was wondering if I bootloading the device is a requirement to reinstall the operating system. What I've been trying to do without much luck is installing a stock rom (4.4.2 kitkat, that's what my Lg Tribute uses) to the external SD card, and then installing it using TWRP. Help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
Hi !
Returning to stock can`t be done via TWRP
Use the LG Flash tool from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476 the files are for LG G2 but you must find on the LG website the files for your device variant .
Good luck !
