Please help! Stuck in odin after flashing 5.1.1

Hello Guys,
I really need help with this. I flashed from 5.0.1 AOE3 (France) to a 5.1.1 BOF2 (Netherlands Vodafone) and now i'm stuck!
It shows this:

Can someone please give me advise how i can solve this??

Try using the Emergency option in Kies3, it might help download the version your phone is registered for

You may:
1 . Try another USB cableas defective ones can cause unnecessary disconnections.
2. Plug to a different USB port then flash again.
3. Redownload the ROM as errors can result from download failures.
4. Reflash again and again until you succeed. Took me 4 flash attemps to get my 1st successful flash.

and it work will and when i got egy official room and i try to download it odin stop work Fail! i don't konw why

when i try to download the new room 6.1 this problem happend with me FAIL! i don't know why although i download the same room to same phone and it work well without any problems

Are you flashing a custom rom or one from another region? Looks like your system img dies not match the data in your PIT file.
Flashing a stock rom should make it okay

Bypass FPR AT&T GALAXY S8 SM-G950U - G950USQS5CRI4

I bought an FPR locked AT&T GALAXY S8 on ebay but I cant find the correct ROM to use with Odin to bypass.
Specs -
Model: GALAXY S8 SM-G950U
Version: 8.0.0
PDA: G950USQS5CRI4
I've attempted using G950USQU3ARD1 and G950USQU4ARE1. Both fail.
