Stock does not have one, I suggest reading this article

May help you figure it out. You are using a US sourced phone, you have to expect US based software on the phone, and since using video calling on the phone would require different (international) software it probably can't be done now, or maybe ever.
i ise t mobile n915t. can i install different n915g rom.

You can try but I would not recommend it.

Hello,my girlfriend has just purchased a used polaris with a cooked rom,the problem is that the dialler hasn't the selection for video calls,Also when she has an incoming video call the backlight is open but no answering choice is appeared, thus cannot make or receive video calls.Have you any solution?
thanks.
Does your network provider support 3G, that's my only guess. As you need a 3G network to be able to Video Call, if not, maybe try flashing a new cooked rom onto the phone.
Also make sure your dialler supports video calls, just do a search for 3g dialler or video dialler.

I never use video but you could try here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=489409&highlight=video+dialer for a list of 3g dialers
i'm using c_shekar rom and have a same problem, and also my device detected as if it has no built in cam, but the camera can take photos or videos for sure
Hi,
Is there any way to add 'network' video calling to an HTC Sensation?
I can Skype and use other third party software apps to video call over the internet but I was curious to know if I can add something to add a network video call to my Sensation to make video calls straight over the network?
My mate's S2 can video call and on occasion I'd like to call them without having to use Skype as at the moment I have to call him, tell him to turn on Skype then recall on Skype to make a video call.
Thanks
It would help to know what carrier and ROM you are using and if your phone is rooted or not.
HTC Sensation on Three UK, rooted handset, leaked HTC ICS ROM.
Thanks
Guessing that's a 'NO' then
I have i9003 with
PDA :I9003XXKPQ

CSC: I9003SERKPQ
and i want to have a call recorder for my phone i had already tried this but failed, as always i got the blank screen whether to receive a call to make a call, will any one suggest me some good result,& i don't mind in changing my firmware.
so you made sure to wipe your caches after installing it and it still gives a blank screen?
It's working perfect for me. You have to install UC Kernel in order it to work.

Not sure about the i9003, but I can confirm via my HTC EVO 3D, that this ap works great. Easy to use and records calls rather well. You do need to use the speaker phone as much as possible while recording just like any other call recorder, but it does work well.
It does not record calls on i9003..IDK why!
No app does it infact.
You need to reverse engineer and tweak the .so files in /system/lib to get that working.
Sent from my I9100 using XDA app
I also tried total recall but no luck.. It only record my side and with so much noise....
What Samsung has changed in this set even apks used to work in galaxy S are not working here...
Me failed too
What is the solution ?
Try
"Record mic and call"
Also, suresh's call recorder mod is needed for it to work, without speakers on.
Also, "Phone Recorder" by "Blue Tornado" works.
Hi,
i need a call recorder for kpq as well.
I have updated from Froyo to KPQ just to have my phone function crashed by this mod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1380788
Now, everything is fine, but I am looking for other good call recorders for gingerbread (these ones that record the same what I hear [clear voice of person I am calling to]).

MIUI doesn't support 3G video calling. You'll have to use Skype or something else.
Where is the video calling option on the phone? My note 5 had a feature to do video calls on the phone but I couldn't find it here.
It's on my contacts listing. If I tap on a contact I open it up and I have the phone icon a video camera icon and a messaging icon all beside each other. Also when I'm just looking at the keypad to manually dial a number I have 4 options at the bottom. Voicemail, The Call button, a video camera button, and then the "hide keypad" button.
Are you on Tmobile? I got it from sprint, and I dont have that video option, i had tmo on my note 5 before

Agree.... It seems odd that they dont since it would only be relieving network congestion since they already dont charge for data to most of the popular streaming music services.

I'm on T-Mobile as well, and yes, this is a T-Mobile feature. I much prefer Google Hangouts video calling because it not only uses the same network (obviously) but is fullscreen. The T-Mobile video calling is not fullscreen. At least it's there as a backup, or for those that do not use Google Hangouts. :good:
Facebook messenger has video calls also.

I agree. With Hangouts I can do video calls with the family that hasn't left the S4's and S5s yet.
I can confirm that the AT&T variant of the S7 does have video calling.
Definitely isn't a t-mobile thing. I'm with att and I have the video call option. I'm just trying to figure out if it's only a galaxy thing or if it's gonna be a new Android update thing. I just got my galaxy s7.

Not seeing it on sprint
Where do you enable it? I have the s7edge on tmobile and can't find it. I used it on my s5 & s6.
I have VZW, and my wife has ability to video call me, but I can't to her unless she calls me then I could quickly call her back using video. What I did was create a new contact with her number on the phone locally and the new contact was able to allow me to video call her. I looked at her normal contact and it was now there. Not sure what happened, but it fixed it and I deleted the local contact.
