That's a loaded question man... each device has it's pros and cons.
For Android I'd stick to a device which has a good community initiative, such as HTC Desire HD. There are lots of ROM cookers for this device. Sony Ericsson, for example, burnt it's community with the Xperia X10 by not providing Froyo, and that didn't help... the Arc is a nice phone but once again will Sony provide decent updates, plus the interface isn't that good.
I'm currently on the HTC Desire HD, and I'm gonna move to the HTC Sensation when it comes out.... it'll be a killer phone, super specs, and I'm sure it'll be popular amongst the cookers too.
Good luck.

Help me out to get new phone

ok guys i need an advice about this
i have 2 phones in mind HTC Sensation XE or Sony Xperia ARC S
i only have those 2 option so please which is better to get and have best performance i heard that htc have laggy situation and it's battery ran off real quickly so i'm confused right now , and i need help
The HTC Sensation is a really great phone. It is not laggy at all. Fast processor. If there is a battery drain, it has everything to do with the apps and the ROM that is being run on the phone and not about the phone's quality.

What is it about the PICO that we love over other newer phones?

I love its compact looks, great customisability. It's cheap, and versatile. Not oddly large, just the perfect size to slip into your pocket.
Why do you like it?

hi
You posted this in the wrong section .
For me, its durability, i had an accident while driving a bike, i slid over the road with my Pico in the pocket, it survived without any scratch.
Other than that, they way it provides excellent performance even though its 600 MHz, and its easiness to install root and custom roms (i have used many samsung phones but they are a pain and most of the time i ended bricking them).
It is the cheapest and best phone that can run Paranoid with halo. That made the deal for me...

It's one of the best phones in its price range. It has an ARMv7 architecture too, which gives it great stability and compatibility with apps, and makes it stand out among Galaxy budget series and other clones/budget phones.
Apart from the features, durability,,and all other awesome customization features.......I love the big SEXY HTC logo @ bckpanel.......:victory:

[Q] HTC One Max UI on the M8 - possible?

I sent a question to one of my fav devs from the original HTC one - is anyone currently working on a port for the HTC One Max UI to the new M8? I have good eyes, love the smaller UI. Any ideas?

Until HTC releases a max version of sense 6, it will be too much work for any developer, will be easier is released first

I too would be interested in this, as I am not a huge fan of the large proportions of Sense (especially the icons in the status bar). That, or perhaps a working port of Paranoid Android (with the customizable DPI options), would truly make this phone golden.
