I see no one cared to answer the question so here I am with a full solution. This method below is there on other blogs and is the one i used.
Note: I take no responsibility if you brick your phone or something even though its an extremely simple procedure. Excluding the download time and the other stuff this process will take less than 2 minutes. Also, since you are not replacing you rom or something, all your data should remain intact, still please make a backup of all your important stuff. Lets get on with it.
Step 1: First of all download the drivers from the following link, install them on your PC and restart it.
http://www.mobistel.com/wordpress/wp-content/download/Driver.zip
Step 2: Download and extract the Karbonn titanium Rooting Kit.
http://www.4shared.com/zip/nfiO8VUWce/Titanium_S20_Rooting_kit.html
Step 3: Extract the Karbonn T S20 CWM Recovery.zip and the Sp-flashtools.zip.
Step 4: Go to the spflash tools extracted folder and open the "Flashtool.exe" as administrator.
Step 5: After it opens click on the "Load Scatter" option and select the "MTK6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt".
Step 6: Check the box next to Recovery option among the options that comes after selecting scatter file. Click on the locations tab in the row of "recovery option" which you just selected.
Step 7: After doing the above, click on download.
Step 8: Now switch off your Karbonn Titanium S20 and connect the phone to PC via Data cable with the battery inside
Step 9: Wait till the process is finished and a green color Tick mark appears on the screen of the Sptools.
Step 10: After this remove the data cable, and press (Vol up + Power) Button simultaneously to go into the CWM recovery mode.
Step 11: In CWM recovery mode, select Mount and Storage -> Mount USB storage -> now connect the phone via data cable.
Step 12: Put the "Update-SuperSu.zip" in the Sd card (Do not extract it). Now Disconnect the phone and reboot it in CWM (recovery mode) again.
Step 13: Select the "Install Zip from sd card" -> "Choose Zip from Sd card" -> "Update-binary.zip" on the Sd card and flash it.
Step 14: Reboot. Now you have rooted your karbonn titanium s20 and also installed the CWM on your phone.
Step 15: Profit!
Do hit the thanks button if this helps ya!

[GUIDE] Rooting & Installing CWM Recovery!

Dear funbook users i have seen a lot many people are very much confused about rooting the funbook and are using the Sparky Root method and are getting nothing from it.
Below is a details step by step procedure for getting root in a safe manner.
For this i am assuming that you have no knowledge and you are doing this for the first time.
Step 1: Installing ADB Drivers
Step 2: Installing ClockworkMod Recovery
Step 3: Installing SuperSU by Chainfire
Important:If you have completed any of the above steps then you dont have to repeat them.
First of all download the 2 files in the link below
cwm5ics.rar
CWM-SuperSU-v0.75.zip
Step 1: Installing ADB Drivers
(i). Extract the ADB folder from the cwm5ics.rar and put it onto your desktop.
(ii). Then Connect your device with the computer and it will start detecting it. If you haven’t installed the drivers then the installation of the device will fail. Don’t Worry.
(iii). Go to the device manager and there you will find and unknown device. Right click on it and click on Update driver link.
(iv). Then click the browse my computer link and navigate to the ADB folder link on the Desktop. Inside the ADB folder you will find two folders 32Bit drivers and 64Bit drivers. Select your computer specific and select ok.
(v). I many cases you will get a warning about installing the driver. Dont bother it and click on the Install Anyway button.
(vi). Wait for some seconds and the Drivers will be installed and your device will be listed in the device manager.
Important: Before installing Recovery just transfer the CWM-SuperSU 0.75.rar to your device internal memory.
Step 2: Installing ClockworkMod Recovery
Android Debugging should be enabled in your Device.
Go to Setting>Developer Options>Android Debugging---Tick this
(i). Go to the cmw5ics folder and you will find a file naming Recovery-install.bat run that file.
(ii). Follow the onscreen instructions and it will give you 3 options. Select the first option by pressing 1 and then enter. This will install ClockworkMod Recovery.
(iii). After it is done the menu will appear again and the select the option 2 and your device will boot into clockwork MOD recovery.
(iv). Disconnect your device from the USB as it starts to reboot.
Alternate way of entering into the Recovey is that switch off your device and switch it on by pressing the power button while peressing the home/Options button.
Navigation in Clockwork Mod Recovery
Power Key = For Selection
Volume Keys = For going up and Down
Back Key = For going back.
Step 3: Installing SuperSU
(i). Now you are into the clockwork mod recovery
(ii). Select the option Install zip from SD card
(iii). Then select the option choose zip from internal SD card as we have placed CWM-SuperSU 0.75.rar in the internal Sdcard.
Alternatively: If you have placed the file on you external SDcard then you have to select the option of Choose zip from SDcard.
(iv). There you will see the file CWM-SuperSU 0.75.rar navigate to it by the volume keys and select it with the power keys.
(v). After selecting it you will see multiple lines with 'NO' and a single line with the name of the file. Go to the line with the name of the file and select it.
(vi). Installation will be done and Supersu will be installed on your device. Just press the back key after the installaton is complete and select the option of rebooting the device.
(vii). Just run the SuperSU app after the reboot and update the SU Binary and you are done.
The method contains all the necessary steps top bne taken and are well ordered and placed. If there is any mistake menting them in the posts below and i will correct them.
If you want any other guide then also post below i will try and help as much as i can.
This method is preffered by me and is proven better then the superuser app. This method is followed by me always for this device.
There are other methods as running a script will give you superuser but the method followed above is a better and a persistent one.
Trust me you wont regret.
Disclaimer: All the above steps are really safe to attempt but in any case if your device wont work after all these then i am not responsible in any way.
You accept and agree that all the risks and rewards incidental to this act will be yours.
