Earpiece Speaker volume?

Anyway to make this louder I mean seriously its suppose to be a good phone before anything else I just find it wierd how the speaker on this thing I know can be good at times but sometimes its way to low. With no way of making it louder is it a hardware?Software? Problem really wanna know if im ever able to make it louder
You know about the Voodoo Sound?
Yes but im talking about the speaker you listen to when you speak to people dont think voodoo effects it
Oh ok, I misunderstood your question.
As you are talking with people, you can press your volume control button upwards to increase the volume. If you have done that and it still sounds soft to you, I do not know what else can help. Might want to ask a developer if there is any way to increase it via software like voodoo sound.
ya I hope so damn
At one point Supercurio said he would eventually add an audio boost for the ear speaker. I'm definitely missing the audio boost from the N1. Phone calls with even moderately loud ambient noise are frustrating at best.
Good news to hear if he does it

Can't hear what callers say when dialing!

Yesterday I bought a second hand N5 phone and I can't hear much when dialing other persons. The sound is too low...someone around here with same problem and maybe a fix? Thanks.
You have to be very precise with the placing of the ear speaker because it is round, it is easily covered by your ear, making it seem quiet.
Please use descriptive thread titles. If you want help, you will get more help if you change your title.

[Q] Keypress Sound too low

Hello There,
I bought a brand new Xperia L a few days ago. I am used to have the "Click" sound on keypress, it is something that helps me, whilst to others it is somehow annoying. Well, anyway....
The thing is that this sound on this new cell is simply too low. I know this because I live in a rural area, which is very quiet. There I can hear the faint sound, but when I go to town I won't hear anything.
I tried all settings on the phone, trying to increase volume, to no avail. It is not rooted, actually for once I would like to keep it stock.
I wonder if I could get any help on fixing this. I attached a screen shot with info about the phone.
Thanks a lot.

Its already plenty loud (the touch sound is linked to the ringtone vol btw)
if you still want it louder, the only way is root and get some sound booster apps

Thank you for your reply, but, really, on my phone it is barely heard. The Ringtone volume is already high. Could it be related to the Android or firmware Version ? By the way, there is no sound on LockScreen release either, which I believe is also a feature.

Cheap-sounding vibration?

Returned my Moto G for one of a different color and I think the vibration may be different on this unit... Sounds kind of like a rattle, maybe a touch higher pitched. Kinda.. cheap-sounding? Anyone else have this, or an I imagining it? (I no longer have my old unit to compare)
not in mine .. it was clear up to 80% to 90 , there will be distortion when i keep at FULL ,
i recorded my screen with SCR REC , even though it cant justify .. i was just wishing it would give u some idea what it sounds like at FULL VOLUME .. ( recorded song is mazhai vara pogudhae in case if you want to compare )
but i am sure its good.. no Rattling sounds
Screen Recording : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N95_fk5wszo
if there is any way to know how it sounds ?? any app ?? let me know .. i will try to do it and give you the results..
Hahah sorry, I meant the actual vibration motor. (ie when receiving a text or with haptic feedback on the keyboard.) The audio speaker is fine.

LOL sorry
i cant say mine is normal or not .. but i havent got any doubt about it .. so i think mine is normal
I have this problem too! I just bought my Moto G a few days ago, and the vibration was ok. But lately I've been hearing a strange rattle when it vibrates, just like you said. Were you able to find out the cause of it?

Call Volume is horrible, what can I do to fix it?

Hello.
I've gotten pretty frustrated with using my 3a for a while now regarding this specific issue, the call volume is just always super low and makes using the default phone app unbearable because I can hardly hear the other person, it is ALWAYS at max volume btw.
I just genuinely do not understand why the call volume is so low whilst the other volumes (media, alarms, etc) don't seem to have this issue and I can even get additional apps to boost the volume for those- but not the call volume.
It seems to have gotten worse just several days ago when some liquid hit the grill , so now instead of it sounding like someone is 3 feet away from the phone, it just sounds like 6 feet away. But even with this situation, it did NOTHING to my other volume settings.
Is there anything I can do to improve the loudness at all without depending on headphones? I would prefer having the phone on my ear , especially since calls on headphones literally echo whatever gets picked up on my microphone back to me I just honestly hate it.
Get a replacement phone. That's not normal. My call volume gets loud.

Is that really the only possible solution here...?
Everything else is fine...I just cannot find a way to make the call volume louder, just seems like Im stuck putting it on speakers or using headphones at the moment.
