[Completed] HTC One m7 - ClockWorkMod/TWRP - HELP - XDA Assist

I'm having some pretty major problems with my phone, as I would very much like to put another ROM on it. I just repaired my HTC One, with a different motherboard from my own, and my problem lies within the recovery. The only TWRP that works for me is 2.6.3.1 , and I have yet to find a version of CWM that works. Any alternate version causes my One to go to the "Loading Recovery" screen, show a black backlit screen for a few seconds, and go back to the "Loading Recovery" screen until the phone is force reset. I have looked everywhere and tried every potential solution to no avail. I would very much appreciate some assistance on this asap, thank you!!! :highfive:

[Completed] [Q] Eken_MID7_W70_GSL1680_Z7Z67-030A Bricked

Hello everyone I'm new to XDA, and a total noobie when it comes to tablets and computers. I have a tablet which was purchased over 1 year ago from one of the shopping on the internet sites, it was supposed to be a Wondermedia WM8850. 7" tablet.
But it turns out to be a Eken Mid 7 W70 GSL.1680.Z7Z67 030A. It is showing just a blank screen you can see that the light is on in the back ground but it doesn't respond to anything. I have tried all the button pressing, run battery till empty, and then recharged, but it won't respond. I did get it to go into recovery mode once but it wouldn't go any further. I thought I would ask if anyone had had the same problem and was able to solve it. Thanks for any information, its much appreciated. pin62.:fingers-crossed:
Hi,
You likely need to try flashing the stock firmware again. But I can't find anything relevant on XDA for that. You can ask in the following section about it, or you can try contacting the manufacturer about firmware and flashing instructions.

Hello, and welcome to XDA!
Now you have me curious as to the name of the tablet!
Without knowing the device name (because there is a myriad of things one can do, but only a small handful for any particular device), all I can do is point you to the direction of the [Ask Any Question][Newbie Friendly] thread of the > Android Development and Hacking > Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
Just so you know, in order to get any useful help, they will need to know as much info about the tablet as you can dig up (make and model number are good starters).
Hope this helps, and good luck!

[Completed] Dead Android Logo but No Recovery Menu?

I've been trying to get SuperSU on my new phone for hours yesterday and hours today and it seems that absolutely every method I try has some kind of error somewhere and it's getting extremely frustrating. The only actual root I've been able to accomplish is with Kingroot, but I only wanted to use that to install SuperSU and then uninstall Kingroot with it, but it refused to install so I just uninstalled Kingroot and am back at square one.
After literally hours I finally managed to get ADB to see my LG Pheonix 2 so that I could boot in to recovery mode. That is seemingly the only way to do it (besides Kingroot) because I've found absolutely nothing anywhere specifying how to do this with the buttons on the phone and no known methods for other phone models have worked on mine. Well, I'm finally into it, but to no surprise there's another problem--the dead Android icon is displayed over a black background without the recovery menu. I have some hope left that if I can access the recovery menu I'll be able to root my device with SuperSU. So, with that said, how can I make the recovery menu come up when I'm on the screen with the dead Android logo?
Also, my phone doesn't seem to have any fastboot or bootloader page either. All it does is reboot the device like normal
Any help would be extremely appreciated :crying:
