Has anybody that ordered from this deal actually gotten their cases shipped yet? I got an email saying that they had shipped my case on the 3rd by USPS First Class Mail, but the tracking continues to say that only the shipping label has been printed. There's been nothing beyond that to indicate the post office even got the package. Sent them a question about it, and haven't heard anything back from them, so starting to feel fishy.

About 30 minutes ago I got an e-mail from case mate stating that the case is out of stock and they do not know when they will have more stock to fill my order.
They are cancelling orders. I got this deal as well, got the tracking and shipment email from them and then got an email stating that my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock and my refund should arrive in a few days. I called and asked if they could honor the price when they have stock again but was told it was "while supplies last." Bummer.

I still haven't had any responses, and wish they could do me the courtesy of giving me that response much earlier, I would've cancelled long ago. Was really hoping to have had this case or SOME case on hand, now I got my Moto X today and no case. I guess I'll just pick up a cheap crystal clear case for now off Ebay.

I'm with you 100%. I got my phone on Monday and I've been stalking the mailbox the last couple of days waiting for the case to show up. Seems like something that should have taken less than a week to figure out (after telling me it was shipped!)

I'm tempted to try buying it off that site you linked and ponying up full price, but considering the manufacturer themselves screwed up on their stocking status, I don't trust that site much further. Might need to try emailing them first to confirm if they even have it in stock. With everybody having bought Moto X's in droves during Cyber Monday, I'm betting Moto X cases are out of stock everywhere right now, unless it's some ugly design or color.

I gave them an email and they replied within half an hour saying that they definitely had it in stock...so far so good as far as customer service goes, so I went ahead and placed an order for one. :good:

Thanks for the link, I just ordered from them. Consulted this thread after checking my mailbox today with no Hula Bumper in sight. I can barely find any other site that carries the case, much less a site that is selling it for less than MSRP. Shame on Case-Mate for taking such a long time to respond. As of this post, I still haven't received anything from Case-Mate since the "shipping" confirmation on 12/4.

hmm I emailed them and am awaiting a response. I tried adding other items to cart and it worked just fine.
I had problems as well until I clicked on the black words next to the add to cart link. I think their code is off heh....

If your site doesn't work, try IE, or Chgrome, or firefox, and let popup windows allow.
When you click BUY item or add to cart, it automaticly send you to paypal account, where you have the option to contiune to buy or checkout.
That's why somethime firefox or chrome want allow it. And nothing happens.

Just an FYI when you add to cart and it shows the Pop-up, the top right corner of the paypal window there is a drop down for language. took me a while to figure that one out =p
So I pulled the trigger and ordered one , as well as the sync dock.. and a dock for my wifes MT3g.. all that for 50$ shipped is a heck of a bargain..
The only thing I am concerned with is that I ordered on Sunday, and emailed them on Tuesday for an order status and still haven't received a reply.

I wish to caution people who want to purchase from them. I ordered my holder on 21 Feb and have not receive anything from them.
An email to them only state that "if" they send out the item on Mon Mar 1st, they will inform me. They didn't reply my 2 emails since then.

I share in your pain, I ordered the Car mount , Dock and a MT dock for a total of 50$ . I also ordered on the feb 21, They sent me a email stating if my item was being shipped it would be on the 1st. Every AT&T store, RS and BestBuy Ive talked to wont sell any cases until Sunday, because "thats the start of the sell of the One X". Im not sure I want to use my phone for a few days and not have a case on it to protect it in case it falls.

Att.com didn't ship cases until the 2nd. I ordered it 2 weeks ago so I could have it here when the phone arrived, but it's not going to make it until tomorrow. The order page didn't have pre-order listed anywhere, and I didn't get any notice it would be delayed. I canceled my order because of the long wait. Still interested in how the deep garnet looks in person though and maybe just maybe will consider getting it if I dont have to wait any longer.

Ah, nice! I just now got my shipping confirmation too. I had pre-ordered it, but ended up cancelling it cause I was frustrated by the delay. Reordered later when they had 30% off and got 2 for about $700.

I got my shipping confirmation on 12/4, which is unfortunate b/c I was had juse decided to cancel my order as I picked up a Galaxy Note 5. At least now I can compare them side by side now.

I like the $100 credit better than a surprise gift inside... Cuz, if we get a surprise in the box I may or may not like/use it. $100 credit is like gift voucher, I can buy anything!

I bought them back a week before the phone initially launched and they were both well outside the 30 day return window but it seems like they're treating this as a special scenario and sent me return labels for those 2 items. Would have otherwise been about $90 bucks down the drain.

They just let me return my Spigen case that was delivered on Aug. 18th. Guess I'll use that to buy a new case for the replacement phone.
I wonder if Amazon Canada is doing the same.. I just emailed them and hoping for good news. Though Samsung Canada is giving customers their money back for Note 7 specific accessories, I think it would be much easier to go through Amazon instead.
How were you guys able to get a refund? Do I just go to customer service and ask for a refund or is there a "special" way?

Go to your amazon account orders and click return then state the reason like I dont need anymore if its over the time window then click chat and email them that you no longer need because your note 7 has been recalled again, that is what I did

Update: I got two emails. The first one basically was like, 'we don't know what you're talking about and to take a screenshot of this forum to see who started spreading false information, but we'll refund you anyways.' The second email, which was sent shortly, said that they were just updated that they will do Note 7 accessory refunds, and that they were sorry for the first email they sent. They've already refunded me the screen protector I bought since I can't really return it. I'll probably send out the four cases I bought this evening or tomorrow.
The rep I'm currently chatting with is giving me the whole "outside the 30 day period" run-around. Also, they're making me pay to return the items. Any thoughts?
I didn't even think about that, boy that was easy, no fighting or complaining just instant shipping labels for both my items.

Try another agent maybe, I just said "I heard all Note 7 accessories are being refunded 100% due to the Recall" and the guy had me 2 shipping labels in 30 seconds

I left very unpleasant feedback about the rep I dealt with and I'm trying email again. Clearly she didn't know what was going on. I'll keep pestering and being nasty until someone gives me a satisfactory response. If it was a blanket policy and no one was getting refunded, I wouldn't raise a stink. But I'm in the customer service industry and I'm a firm believer that all customers should be treated consistently. If you help one customer, everyone else deserves the same treatment.
I am not getting any link to Chat and I am an Amazon Prime member. They charged me for the first two things I sent out today.

I find it ungodly annoying to get to the chat option. I don't even know how I get there half the time. It doesn't show under the regular orders tab, you have to find another special screen asking how you want to handle an order. I just did it and i don't even think I could walk you through how to get there. If there is an easier way I'd love someone to list it.

She tried to tell me that as a one time exception they could refund the cost of the return shipping after they got the item back. I told them where they could stick that. I'm not paying $6 to ship back a $10 case and potentially be out the $16 if something goes wrong. What, they want you to put it in an envelope? That's random. What good will it do them? That's my thinking on all this. Asking for the items back is useless because its not like they can re-sell them. I may just throw the lot in the trash if they keep giving me the run-around and find a different retailer for things.
I can confirm that this works. All you have to do is get on a chat with Amazon Support and explain to them that the Note 7 has been recalled and that you are stuck with the items and ask if there is anything that they can do, even though you are outside the 30day return policy. They were super nice and got me a full refund.

Finally got it too. But as noted above they ask me to return a used screen protector. For the ones I threw away, I'll just send back the empty box and go from there!
I can also CONFIRM that is true, just got of the phone talking to a Amazon rep and they allow me to return my Spigen case and a wireless charger despite being over the 30 days period. The only thing they didnt allow me to return was the Skinomi screen protector and the reason was that " it came from an outside vendor and need to contact them directly for a refund. I will contact Skinomi to see what is their position. I will post again as soon as i have an answer from them.

The longest part was finding the Telephone number to call.
I just explained to them that I had the explding phone and they said they knew about it and how did I want my money returned. They did not want the Spigen case back.
Could not have been easier or quicker.
So I bit the bullet and decided to wrap the Note9 and found that only SlickWraps lets you buy wraps for the sides of the phone. So went ahead and ordered them on the 8th of this month.
At this point the order has not changed status at all. They are also not responding to any customer tickets. Nothing, it's like there's no one home.
I was wondering if anyone else got anything from them, and if you did, how long did it take you to get it?
They are SLOW during their sales. I too bought 3 skins this time during their 70% off sale. The last time I bought during a sale, I didn't receive my items for 3 weeks. I emailed them and like you got nothing for a while. Eventually they did let me know that during and after a site sale their shipping and email response times are longer than usual. Hope this helps.
I should have learned my lesson from last time this big sale happened. My order that was placed on the 8th is still waiting to be arrived at a USPS facility. Label created only. My second order placed the on the 9th still has no shipping label created.
This will be the last time I order from them at all. Sale or no sale. They don't even respond to emails. Small operations. Mom and pop-like operation from the looks of how they're running things. Dbrand is not much better than them in this regard. I think skins are dead to me because of the selling experience as a whole.

Least you got some movement. I'm still in processing. And I completely agree with you, this makes me never want to buy a skin again.
I should have learned my lesson the first time.
I ordered some during the holiday season and like another user stated took about 3 weeks to get to me. Understandable during the holidays. Now I have placed an order and have not heard anything for over a week.
Last time I order from them. I could care less they are made in the USA. Make them in China and ship them out sooner.
I ordered mine on the 5th of this month and is still processing. I emailed them and 3-4 days later they emailed me back stating that during their sales they get behind but assure me that once my order is complete I will receive a tracking number. Going on 2 weeks already.
Very annoying. Last time I ordered, took 4 days to receive item. I think this will be the last time I order from SW

At this point the order has not changed status at all. They are also not responding to any customer tickets. Nothing, it's like there's no one home.

Not in the US so my usual shipping is 2 weeks if I order from them. Currently waiting for 2 orders. First order made March 17. Second order made March 29. Guess what? My March 29 order got tagged as shipped last April 3. March 17 order? Got tagged as shipped last April 17. The problem is I still order from them. Oh well. I'll just have to wait, i guess.
