[Q] Is there an Android email client that allows quick moving of items to a folder? - General Questions and Answers

I'm using the inbox zero scheme, which requires me to be able to quickly move inbox items into a "to do" folder or an archive folder. Unfortunately, this requires multiple clicks with the native Android email client.
I'm looking for a client which allows using simple gestures (e.g. swiping a message left or right) in order to move a message to a predefined folder. Also a designated button inside a message window will do. Oh, and it has to support Exchange.
The many clients I tested only allow deletion by swiping.
Any suggestions will be welcomed.

SMS opening at bottom & Cannot move to propmts in emails with d-pad

I can't figure out why when I open an email or SMS, the message opens at the bottom of the page so I need to scroll up to read. Also, when I open emails I am unable to use the D-pad to choose the email address at the top of the message or highlight the addresses or links within the email. I was able to do this until recently but it won't do it now. I can't think of anything I did to make it behave this way. Any help would be great!!

[Q] Pop up Menu Window Size

Hi, is it possible to adjust or modify the Pop up Menu Windows Size? I currently have total of 6 templates on Messaging/SMS, most of them are too long and each are containing information that I'm planning to send every day via SMS.
Lets say every template has 30 to 100 characters, and when I'm trying to "Insert template" on the "Compose" field on the SMS, I'm getting FC on the Messaging app, maybe the app can't handle the massive character count on my templates.
I have tried the Gesture Trace feature for the Templates, it's working but it's not that accurate, sometimes it would mess up the composition field that it would insert 2 or 3 templates with one gesture that i make.
Right now, the method that I'm using is using a Notepad app, that i would just edit it and - select all text - and copy, that does the job. I really can't use of its features to share or send it via SMS because of the nature that most of the time, i need to send those info via reply to an anonymous number (not saved on my contacts).
So is it possible to adjust the pop up menu window on the compose field so that when i choose "Insert Template" it would display all of my templates? I'm thinking that those long templates are the cause of the Messaging FC.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I'm currently using Android NAND on HD2 (Gingerbread Hyperdroid CM7)
and by the way, leaving only 1 template gives me no FCs anymore... anyone?
Got what i wanted thru GoSMS, but would love to know if there is a workaround for the native SMS app. TIA!

Asus email app - select text?

Is there no way to do this? Often I want to select text from one email to copy into another, or want to significantly edit a forwarded email thread. I tap away an nothing comes up to allow me to select text - unlike with documents.
IGNORE - found it, but it is cranky

Android Gmail compose no longer opening new window

Hi! One of my favorite features of the Android Gmail app was that when you composed a new message, it opened a new window, allowing you to quickly toggle between your draft and the rest of your email. This feature seems to have been removed recently: composing no longer opens a separate window. Is there any way to get this behavior back?
Thanks!
Alan

Copy text within a message

I installed textra hoping it had this feature. Does ANY messaging app allow you to select & copy selected words (e.g an address or phone number) from within a received message? Haven't found any that allow this. Thanks
Selecting, copying and pasting by touching the screen is not dependent on the app, but on the android that came with the device.
I don't know how to handle such apps on Android TV, because I don't use it, but I suppose it should work when you press the mouse button or select text for a long time.
Android has a Clipboard functionality ( copy & paste ) implemented. Use GBoard to deal with it.
